Wow! Wow to myself and thank you to Dr. Haiavy for making me feel brand new! I’m back to my high school curves. The me that’s been waiting to come out for the longest time! I had my procedure (tummy tuck/liposuction at the waist) done late October, so I’m about 4 months post op now. My recovery has been amazing! Proper Lymphatic massages, change of eating lifestyle habits, and going to the gym have all made a huge difference in my recovery and also my results. In my 3 months post op appointment, I measured at 10in LOSS at my waist from surgery to then!!! I cannot wait to see what my results and numbers will be once I’m 6 months and 1 year of recovery! Thank you to Dr. Haiavy and his team! My confidence is back in full gear and I’m feeling more sexy than ever! ♥️

I spent $10,000, a significant investment, to feel and look better by having my under-eye bags treated. However, the current state of my skin does not reflect the high cost of the procedure. The responses I’ve received have essentially placed the blame on me, suggesting what I could have done differently. After spending such a large amount, I was asked for an additional $1,200 to address under-eye issues by adding fat to smooth out the area. Words cannot express how painful this experience has been for me. I am frequently asked what was done and if I’m happy with the results. I am deeply disappointed, and I’m writing this to prevent others from considering their services.

I initially visited the office with the intention of exploring surgical options for reducing abdominal fat. I understand that there is a initial consultation fee of $250. Dr. Ryan provided excellent care and addressed all my inquiries. During the consultation, I was presented with the option of receiving semaglutide injections, which I ultimately chose. The dosage started at a low level for the first 4 weeks, during which I did not notice any significant changes. It was explained that the dosage and cost would increase after this initial period, which I agreed to without any issues. The process of receiving injections involves weekly visits where measurements and vitals are taken. I was unsure why measurements were taken with clothing on, as it may not accurately reflect progress. During my last appointment, I arrived on time for an 8:30am which I asked for due to a prior engagement, but encountered a delay due to a staff meeting that was scheduled that morning by their manager. This caused frustration as there was no one available to check me in or take my vitals promptly where I waited for almost 45 minutes. When I was finally checked in I discussed my concerns with one of the Dr’s and manager. Once I received my dose, I went back to reception to schedule another appointment for the following week and pay the next 4 weeks of my dosage, it was revealed that there would be an additional $250 consultation fee for each dosage increase, which was not communicated to me beforehand. Despite the unexpected fee, I proceeded with payment of $750.00. Keep in mind it would have been $500.00. Prior to this incident I encountered another issue with the manager which I won’t discuss here. Reflecting on my experiences, I have decided to discontinue my future appointments at Inland Cosmetic Surgery Center. This decision was based on the lack of professionalism I encountered, despite the excellent care provided by the medical team and especially Sabrina whom showed great care and was friendly during each visit. It is regrettable that such issues led to the loss of a potential client and the option for surgery in the future. Upon reviewing the feedback section on the company website, I noticed that my review, which did not receive a perfect score, was not displayed. This observation raises concerns about the transparency of the review process and the possibility that only five-star reviews are being showcased. I encourage you to assess the situation and come to your own conclusions.

I am so excited for my results! Dr. Tower has the power and is the best! Paulina is also amazing and was a huge part of my new chapter in life. I highly recommend lymphatic massages they feel great and they really work and make a huge difference.
