I would not recommend. They don’t value your time. I had a telemedicine follow up appointment scheduled for 8:30AM. I did not receive any information prior to. At 8:35AM I called the office, but no one answered so I left a voicemail. At 8:40AM I called and was told “the staff aren’t in yet”. At 8:55AM I finally received a call from the nurse (not the doctor). On top of this, the week before my appointment the office staff told me I did have a co-pay. A month later, I just received a bill for a co-pay. They are not organized.

I absolutely adore this office and everyone within it!! I recently moved from another state and needed to find an ObGyn. I tried another office prior to this one and it was an absolute fail.
When I arrived here, everyone was so personable and caring; and it has remained that way. They are really on top of making sure that all preventative care is discussed thoroughly and followed through on.
When I had an issue with the portal and brought it up at check-in; they brought me to the back IMMEDIATELY to get it sorted and made sure that it was sorted before I left from my visit.

I am a 67 year old woman, who was referred to Dr. Miller-Thrasher by my Primary Care Physician because of a post-menopausal issue, and I am happy with the referral. From the moment I walked into Dr. Miller-Thrasher's office, I was greeted with a friendly smile from the Receptionist and everyone with whom I interacted was genuinely nice and knowledgeable. The nurses, medical staff and Dr. Miller-Thrasher reassured me that I would be well cared for and that is exactly how I felt before and after my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Miller-Thrasher.
