I want to thank Dr. Peter Castillio and everyone at Swan Medical. They are amazing and have enhanced my quality of life in so many ways. I found Dr. Castillio by chance searching the internet. I had been searching years for a doctor that could help with the pain I had been enduring. My OBGYN dismissed my issues. When I came across his services I just knew he was the right fit. I was right!! When I first came in he took the time to listen to my issues. He was kind, thoughtful and forward thinking. I have been seeing him now for three years. The pellet therapy has been wonderful and he has helped me manage my Lichen Sclerous. I am so grateful for Dr. Castillio and all the people that work at Swan medical, they are all so kind. Also very excited about the new office in Danville it makes my drive so much easier. I don’t normally write reviews, but this one is so deserved. I first visited Dr. Castillo in February 2023. I went in for a cosmetic procedure called the Diva laser. During my exam for this procedure, Dr. Castillo determined I was a candidate for this laser treatment but he also discovered that I had a hernia and other gynecological issues that could only be addressed with surgery. This was a bit of a shock! I regularly visit my gynecologist but I have never had such an in-depth exam before. I told my husband about this and him being a surgeon as well, he was a little skeptical. So, I booked a follow up consultation and brought him with me. Once my husband met and listened to Dr. Castillo, he was convinced that this surgery was necessary and that Dr. Castillo was the doctor to do the surgery. Because the surgery required a several week recovery, I put it on hold for about a year, so I could plan my life around it. In the meantime, I did have 3 Diva laser treatments and the results from those treatments were fantastic! I highly recommend the Diva for vaginal dryness. The more I got to know Dr. Castillo and his staff, I decided I would like to start going to his practice for my hormone replacement therapy as well. I had been getting pellets for hormone replacement for a couple years now with another doctor, but I really wanted to have one doctor who knew me well and understood the big picture regarding my hormonal and sexual health. It was clear from my first pellet treatment with Dr. Castillo at just how incredibly knowledgeable he is in this area. If you have been struggling with peri-menopause or menopausal symptoms and are a candidate for hormone replacement therapy, I can’t stress enough at what a game-changer this is. HRT has transformed the way I feel in my 50’s! I feel like I am in my 20’s in regards to energy, sleep and libido. So worth the investment! Finally, I did have the surgery with Dr. Castillo this past February. I was pretty scared about the procedure, the recovery and how it would affect intimacy. The recovery was so much easier than expected! I was pleasantly surprised. And after a couple months recovery, I am very pleased with the results and even my husband gives the results 5 stars 😂 I have recommended at least 20 women to Dr. Castillo, many of whom are now happy patients of his. The care he and his staff give their patients is wonderful! Highly recommend Swan Medical!

Dr Castillo is extremely talented and has improved my life dramatically. I cannot believe I waited more than ten years for post- birth repairs. I have regained both my function and confidence with Dr. Castillo's expertise. At the very least get a consult!
