My journey to find the right plastic surgeon included consultations with several professionals, but Dr. K stood out due to his thoroughness and the exceptional support from his PA and office staff. From the very first consultation, I was impressed by Dr. K's attention to detail. He took the time to answer every question I had, never making me feel rushed. His dedication to patient care is unlike anything l've experienced before. The prices for his services are also very fair, which is an added bonus. What truly sets Dr. K apart is his meticulous approach throughout the entire process. He guided me through every single step, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. I knew he was skilled, but the results of my procedure exceeded my expectations. The entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal. I recently had an extended abdominoplasty done with Dr. Kayastha and PA Amina. I could not be happier with my care and the results. Dr. K and Amina’s collaborative approach makes each visit feel thorough. They spend a lot of time with you planning and providing extremely realistic expectations for surgical results. K. Plastics also worked with my health insurance to get a portion of my surgery covered. During my search for a surgeon, some offices would not even consider submitting to insurance, and many seemed off-put by the request. Dr. Kayastha was compassionate about my functional health struggles with loose skin and was willing to advocate for me. He understood my goals without offering additional surgeries or trying to upsell during consultation. Dr. Kayastha and Amina practice with meticulous skill and take pride in their work. Surgery and recovery went smoothly. My post-op care was exceptional and frequent enough to ensure no complications or unnecessary pain. Aesthetically my results have more than exceeded my expectations! But the physical and mental benefits top all that!!! I can now enjoy the level of physical activity I desire without unwanted skin irritation and infections. My 5k time is already faster than pre-op, now that I’m able to run without aggravating my back! I’ve waited and planned for this surgery for 20 years. I did not take the decision to pursue surgery lightly, but I was so sure in my decision about choosing K. Plastic Surgery and would do so again! 10/10 recommend!

I have never been involved with such an amazing and truly caring group of people. I called on a Monday morning with something that needed to be looked at asap. They were able to get me in that afternoon for a procedure and then they continued to squeeze me in to be seen for the following week, almost daily. Absolute pleasure and honor to be a patient. 10/10 would (and will) recommend to anyone!!

When I first called and asked for a consultation, I was in tears, I had so much extra skin that I was horrified with my body. When I came in for the consultation, I didn’t really know what to expect. I had never showed my body to anyone after I lost 100 pounds on my own. I walked into the room and sat there and waited with anxiety And embarrassment. They were absolutely amazing. The surgeon and his number one nurse had me smiling, even through the tears as he examined me. Once I decided to have surgery, they both made me feel as if we were best friends for a long time. Again the day I had surgery, I was in tears, cause I was just so embarrassed of my body and what it had become. When I saw myself in the mirror three days later, I was absolutely astonished as to how much skin that they removed and how wonderful I looked. My self-esteem has been building day by day. I’ve been working on keeping my body fit now I can actually look in the mirror and not be disgusted and horrified as to what my body had become. I can’t say enough about the staff and the surgeon and the nurses absolutely amazing always putting smiles on my face. I have to give an extra shout out to the surgeon because he was super nice and kept saying I did the hard part. Let him show off how hard I worked.
