OUTCOMES are why we go to surgeons. I was a typical elderly male, high BP, back pain, and arthritis everywhere. Then, I developed nausea, every day! Next, I developed slowly worsening stabbing pains in my abdomen. After waiting months for the manly requisite see-if-it-will-go-away-on-its-own period, I was referred to Flagstaff Surgical. They assigned me to Surgeon K. Preston and PA E. Enlow.
Preston took my gallbladder out; the only one I had! Now the outcomes: the relief from the stabbing pain and nausea was immediate, that day! And WT_...my back pain was gone! A bonus outcome? One thing to keep in mind is the immediacy. Since relief was that same day do not HESITATE seeking help.
As for some of the logistics, I was in and out of the hospital in just 5 or 6 hours. Also, in less than a year my incisions mostly disappeared.
I found the Preston/Enlow team highly skilled, efficient, outcome oriented and informative. I understood all aspects of the surgery and recovery. I was invited to ask questions, building that understanding. They are a good reason to trust Flagstaff Surgical Associates.

Dr. Preston is excellent. The way she has assembled a “team” to make the treatment of breast cancer easier to navigate and understand has made all the difference. She listens and is thoroughly attentive all while making sure I had a complete understanding of what was going to happen going forward. The follow up notes and patient portal helps me keep track of all that was discussed. And her office staff is great at follow up and communion.

Seeing Dr. Preston for the first time was an excellent experience. After having a mastectomy and getting an implant a number of years ago, I have developed many health issues and believe it is due to breast implant illness. Many doctors don't believe this is valid but Dr. Preston listened to me and ensured me she would get me the help I need. It is so refreshing to have a doctor thoroughly listen to what I have been going through and to ensure I will get the medical help I need. Thank you very much Dr. Preston. It is great to know we have a knowledgeable breast surgeon in Flagstaff who takes the time to listen to her patients and truly wants to help them.

Dr. Preston is an amazing doctor! She was very helpful and thorough with all her answers. She made me feel very comfortable and she answered all of my questions. Before my surgery she was helped me understand everything that was going to happen before, during and after surgery. She is very kind and honest. I will recommend anyone to her.
