I had a great service with Karli Funke at the spa, I did the Broad Band Light Laser treatment. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, checked in with my comfort throughout the service, and super friendly. I can't wait to come back for more treatments with Karli at Koch and Carlisle.

I had been searching for almost 10 years for a surgeon to help me regain my confidence after having 4 children and losing over 100lbs. I started my journey with another well-known surgeon in the DSM area, but they lacked the personality and bedside manner that was looking for. I also didn’t love my results and felt like after spending thousands of dollars, I needed to love my results, as well as find a surgeon who genuinely wanted to help me and would be as excited as I was to see my transformation. I really valued his candidness about how difficult and complication ridden my procedure could be. What really sealed the deal for me and Dr. Carlisle being my surgeon going forward, was how I was treated after my first surgery. No one ever wants complications, but when my body didn’t cooperate and I needed additional treatment, the care and compassion I received from Dr. Carlisle, Brooke, Rachel, and Ashley was phenomenal! Also, to have them just as excited as I was to see my transformation, meant the world to me. My 1st surgery experience was so outstanding, I recently had a second surgery and received the same outstanding treatment and results! Met with Dr. Cody Koch during a consultation this past fall to review my eyelid concern. He was highly recommended by my Dermatologist. Previously had a procedure completed on the area by another Provider and over a short period of time the neoplasm started to reappear; in worse shape and on my other eyelid as well. Knew I had to make a decision about having a revision completed. During our first visit I expressed my concerns and insecurities about the area. We also discussed different options to repair the skin. I was timid to have another procedure but trusted the recommendation that I was given. Dr. Cody Koch has a very pleasant and understanding vibe. Super kind gentleman! Immediately felt comfortable with him and knew he was confident in his expertise. Ultimately had the procedure to correct the complex revision and excise the new neoplasm that was beginning to surface 2 weeks ago. The procedure was relatively quick and comfortable. Beyond pleased with the results I’m seeing so far! Healing very well and the best part is how natural my eyes look! His incision and suture capability is superior! You definitely hope for his artistic abilities when the procedure involves one’s facial features! He’s a wonderful, highly skilled Provider that excels in building a relationship with his patients. The service is amazing. Dr. Cody helped me so much and even told me I didn’t need some stuff done even though I wanted them done. He’s very honest and I would for sure recommend him to friends family anyone I will definitely be going back for more filler. Brianna did my clear silk laser treatment I went in for three and my fourth one is coming up. She is amazing. She’s nice. She’s very flexible. I recommend her as well for any spot treatments that you need.

I am blessed to be able to share my experience with Dr. Koch office on Mills Civic Parkway. I had basal cell carcinoma, removed by a surgeon a couple hours before and Dr. Koch and his amazing nurse Sally were able to perform plastic surgery on my face right after. They have an incredible ability to make everything look better and give someone the confidence they need at a time when they are struggling! I can’t say enough good things about this office and their professionalism and compassion for their patients.
