Writing my first ever google review to give Dr Devgan an A+ for my revived shape and refreshed face. After 3 kiddos and decades at an intense job, it was time. Dr Devgan was incredibly thorough and supportive as I made each decision. Her answers always provided both medical knowledge and a uniquely astute aesthetic angle. Her approaches are minimally invasive. Recovery was a breeze. I walk away feeling more beautiful but only in subtly discernible ways — I still feel exactly like myself.
I give her my highest recommendation.

Dr Lara charged $1000 for a consult for simple botox and filler, no surgery, then charged another $1000 for just a few units of botox, saying that the consult fee did not apply to any treatments. She kept me waiting 45 minutes to see me, then the entire appointment took 20 minutes max. I came home and cried, I was so shocked and felt completely taken advantage of. I will never ever refer a friend to her and I find her extremely unethical, so I finally decided to leave a review. There are definitely less expensive, more credible places to go.

She takes advantage of people, charges thousands of $$$ for a consultation, makes you wait and does minimal work for overprice. You can get the same job done 3–4 times cheaper at a different place in the area, where doctors will respect you and treat you as a patient, not as garbage.

Dr. Devgan is truly exceptional. I had my surgery in February. Her expertise is evident in her meticulous approach and the outstanding results achieved at the end. Her attention to detail and precision are unparalleled. I’m genuinely satisfied with the outcome. Plus, her surgical team was highly professional, and I would like to extend special thanks to Nurse Paige for her exceptional care and help throughout the process.
Side note: Regarding some comments about pricing at Dr. Devgan’s office, while it’s possible to find lower-cost procedures elsewhere or abroad, I prioritized having a board-certified plastic surgeon with Dr. Devgan’s level of knowledge and skill. From my perspective as a patient, entrusting someone of her caliber with (surgical or non-surgical) modifications to my face and body was essential. I have no regrets about my choice. The outcomes and the quality of patient-doctor interaction I have experienced at Dr. Devgan’s office were very well worth it!
