Horrible!!! One of the worst experiences of my life. I went in for age spot removal on my cheeks and instead they did a photo facial which had almost no positive effect on my age spots but caused hair loss at my temples and beard. When the nurse did the procedure she said there may be temporary hair loss, but when the doctor saw me today she said the hair loss may be permanent. I feel disfigured by this horrible business, really medical malpractice!!! And rather than offering to fix what the nurse didn't do, the doctor tried to convince me that the procedure didn't cause the hair loss and she would charge me another $500 to fix it. Then she called in a prescription for oral minoxidil without checking my medical hx. Good thing I called my cardiologist and spoke to the pharmacist who both advised me that as a heart patient with my medical hx I shouldn't have need prescribed a medication which is known to have cardiac side effects. Also Ive never felt more disrespected and lied to by a health care professional (unprofessional really) than this nurse and doctor. I will be filling complaints with AMA for malpractice, the better business bureau and the State of California. Go here at your own risk and expect to overpay, be disrespecte, lied to,and your health and life put at risk!!!

My experience was great. I went in for consultation and from day one she didn’t try to push surgery on me. She gave me other options I could try first that worked wonders. She showed me my options but was never pushy. And at this point I hadn’t been asked for any money and been treated like a patient. Once I decided to get my hair transplant the staff and doctor were great every step of the way. They helped me plan and outline my new hairline. The actual procedure was great. I went in laid down. They gave me lunch and the process was mostly painless. I loved being able to easily contact and see my doctor(one of the reasons I chose in states). Saw her every month then every other month. The visits were short but more or less just check ups where I could tell them of any issues or troubles. I had none so the initial visits were very short. 8 months later and I have a hairline and the rest of my head has thickened. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because there is a gap between my new hair line and my natural hairline. This can only be seen if my hair is short but since I wear my hair short this was an issue for me. She noticed it when we finished and explained that blood and swelling makes it difficult to see the natural hairline and make them meet. She told me that they would fix it free of cost and make the hairlines meet. Currently this hasn’t happened but it’s only been 9 months. If she follows through and fixes the gap in my natural and new hairline this is 5/5 stars. Picture before and 8 months after. 2500 grafts They contacted me about the reason we were waiting. Excellent response time. Very happy I went with LE!

I go to Dr. Prasad for V Beam laser treatments. She did a great job of dialing it in for my skin. It’s made a night and day difference for rosacea. (Ask to see my before/after pics in their hallway.) Laser hair removal with their providers there is also great! The whole team is super friendly and accommodating, 10/10 recommended!

It baffles me how after 10 laser hair removal treatments (couple thousand dollars) in brazilian area I am still covered with unwanted hair. The technician was different most times I came in and most times I felt rushed. When I complained about it not working (because the hair didn't even fall out after the treatment, it just kept growing) they did nothing about it. Not sure about other services, but definitely don't waste your money here on laser hair removal. They are just looking for your money.

I’ve been going here for years for Botox, lip filler and Fraxel Laser resurfacing. The staff is wonderful and always makes me feel at ease. Fraxel can be painful, especially with a low pain tolerance, and they continue to take extra time to make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. A+!
