Very unprofessional I was a patient w/Dr. Scaffidi’s office for years for the first couple years was good but keep in mind his staff was totally different. I met my goal a few years later I decided to return . I scheduled my appointment at the Bethlehem location omg! What a vital mistake! The staff unprofessional all ghetto they sit on their desks they talk to each other. Patient priority is not their main gold they ignore everyone that walked into the office mins would go by unless you spoke up you was not Acknowledged. They do not represent the Dr Scaffidi not one bet. Well called to reschedule my appointment and the staff asked me to call back or she will return my call her reason was that the down was down . I strongly suggested to her to write my name down because I did not what to be a No call/ No show the staff assured me that that will not be an issue it’s not my fault. Of course the days went on no call to reschedule my appointment still more days went by so I decided to call the staff stated to me that I was not able to schedule for any Future appointments Reason was that I was a no call no show!!!? when I did call I verbally told that was no longer be scheduled any further appointments the Staff did not document anything so I don’t understand was her reason even being in the office when she can’t even do her job and another thing I didn’t catch her name so I was not able Disclose the staff that I spoke with the most frustrating thing that I went through do yourselves a favor go somewhere else this is the most disorganized dysfunctional office very poorly Managed as well I will not recommend this office to anyone, Bethlehem or the Allentown The employees that you have is destroying your reputation , I recommend for you to re- staff!

The Doctors are great, but they really need to improve the administration staff or replacethem altogether. They never answer the phone. You have to leave a message. If you miss their call, you'll be back to square one. I called three days in a row; several times a day. Forget it. The hassle isn't worth it..switched providers..I called a place that answered the phone.

I have been with Dr Scaffidi for years / he best in the field for OBGYN / Etc.. Never have I had a problem / all my exams, results and etc are always on point.. I'm very much happy with his services / will continue... Thanks Scaffidi 😊

I am a single mother of a 6 year old I was denied to be seen because I have a kid even if she waited in the waiting room as well I asked to talk to a higher up about this and they didn't even make an attempt to get anyone so I can talk to. I just can not believe that a office FOR WOMEN DENISE WOMEN WITH KIDS how is that even a "Policy" for a office for women????? I'd understand if you had a child that was misbehaving out in public but this wasn't even the case at all so I need some answers because this doesn't make any freaking sense to me. With all the women's rights stuff going on now you can't even be seen because you are a woman with a kids are you serious and another thing there isn't anything about kids not able to be with their mother in the office anywhere on the site

Always a pleasure to see Dr Scaffidi ! Ali is super at what she does no matter what I need help with either a bill or and appointment anything she is your girl ! Always smiling and super friendly ! Great office !
