Dr. Cassileth is absolutely the best. She is at the very top of her field in regards to diagnosing issues and finding the right solutions for her patients. Her staff was attentive, professional, and so very caring. I recently saw her for an injury that had left me with several hematomas and an undiagnosed infection. I had been dismissed everywhere I had gone previously, but when I met with Dr. Cassileth I felt heard, understood, and supported. She removed the hematoma, cultured the damaged area, repaired muscle that was torn between my ribs, identified an infection and prescribed the right antibiotics. I know it sounds dramatic, but without Dr. Cassileth I may have died. I would highly recommend Dr. Cassileth and The Practice to anyone seeking the highest level of care and expert surgical skills.

I’m from San Diego and initially struggled to find a doctor for a double mastectomy who aligned with what I was looking for. Fortunately, I came across Dr. Cassileth’s work online. I went to Los Angeles for my consultation, I was thoroughly impressed by her innovative technique, her team’s professionalism, and the time she devoted to addressing all of my questions and concerns.
The surgery went smoothly, and although I’m still recovering, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I am beyond grateful to have had Dr. Cassileth as my breast reconstruction surgeon for my double mastectomy. Never in a million years did I think that I was going to have an aggressive breast cancer so young. Dr. Cassileth is one of the best in the world and her level of care and expertise is why. From my initial consultation to my post surgery follow-ups, she has been extremely engaging, kind, motivational and inspiring. I knew from the moment I met Dr. Cassileth that I was in the best of hands. I am forever grateful for her care as well as her medical staff. For anyone reading this, if you or someone that you know that needs a breast reconstruction surgeon, Dr. Cassileth is beyond life changing.

I cannot recommend Dr. Cassileth enough! The staff is by far the most incredible group of women I have ever experienced and I have never felt more taken care of in my life. They whole office is warm, welcoming and the most skilled in the business. My results are beyond amazing and I would never use another doctor (or nurses) again. There was so much time, thought and care put in to my procedures and I truly feel blessed to have been able to use Dr. Cassileth and all her support staff.

Dr. Cassileth is hands down the best reconstruction surgeon in LA (and dare I say… the world?). Her whole team is top tier from the first consultation to 6 months post op. Receiving a cancer diagnosis and needing a mastectomy is rough, but she ensured my body is not a constant reminder of the trauma I’ve experienced. My boobs are more lifted and proportional than they were before, and the scarring is minimal. I’m so thankful for her and the whole team!
