Loftus Plastic Surgery Center (Inside Christ Hospital)

I received a BA from Dr. Loftus at the end of January. At the 4 month mark today I could not be more pleased with my results! After 3 pregnancies and breast feeding for years I didn’t think it was possible, but she has me looking brand new. Her and her team were nothing short of exceptional the entire time. The entire process and procedure was a breeze. Worth the drive and every penny! I do and will continue to recommend her to everyone I can. Thank you Dr. Loftus for everything

Dr. Loftus is one of the best surgeons I have ever met. She truly care for her patients and is so talented in her work. I got a breast reduction done and it’s the best decision I have ever made for myself. I cannot Thank Dr. Loftus enough! Not only did she do an impeccable job on my breast implant replacement surgery, but she was delightful to deal with before and after surgery. It was like pulling teeth just to get a quote. I sent in paperwork with all my PERSONAL information on there. just for them to give me the run around and never send me a quote for the procedure i wanted. I don’t know if that was a tactic just to get me in their system with all my PERSONAL information on my paperwork and to never have me as an actual customer… I had to call multiple times on different days to see why haven’t I received anything after I emailed my paperwork to them a week prior. If it usually takes a while to receive a quote, then that should’ve been communicated, especially when I called multiple times and spoke to the lady at the front desk multiple times. At this point, I’ll just find Somewhere else to go. Just for your communication alone deserves a zero star.

I just had a BA done by Dr. Jean Loftus on 10-25-13 and couldn't be happier! My husband and I had gone to another Plastic Surgeon in the area for a consultation and I left there in tears questioning whether to even have a BA or not. Thank goodness I waited a few days then decided to have a second opinion. That's when I called Dr. Loftus' office and from the phone call alone, I knew this would be a totally different experience! I cannot find words that express how impressed I was with every aspect of my experience! This being my first surgery and having had anxiety in the past, I assumed I would be very nervous and anxious as the date of my surgery approached. Honestly, Dr. Loftus and her staff were always so warm and caring and open to any and all questions my husband or I had that I felt super comfortable from the very first appointment! Dr. Loftus is amazing and the consultation was completely different than the one I had previously with another Doctor. She has sample saline and silicone breast implants that I could try on and feel and see for myself what I liked. She is a perfectionist and was very accurate, using a laser to make all the measurements and markings on me before discussing what she would recommend. My husband and I were both so impressed and made the surgery appointment that day! If you are considering plastic surgery, please schedule a consultation with Dr. Loftus. You will see for yourself the unbelievable difference in her and other plastic surgeons. I am one very happy and completely satisfied patient!!
