Over five years ago, Dr. Chin changed my life in the best way! I stand by my original reviews (on yelp) and can confidently say, he is the most professional surgeon AND staff I have had! He made me feel so comfortable and really took my feelings into consideration. Listened to every detail and concern I had and handled it with care! 5 years later I am still incredibly happy with my results and I get completed all the time about how natural the ladies look! ALSO, they held up through out my military service I have recommended friends and family to Dr. Chin because of his ethics, dedication, and genuine compassion for his patients. I 1,000% recommend Dr. Chin!

Dr. Mark Chin and his staff have been outstanding in providing beauty surgery and after surgery care to my wife. After all the paperwork was completed, we scheduled to return and talk to him. He carefully explained everything about the surgery and allowed my wife several weeks to decide if she wanted to go through with it. She did and had the surgery. He was actually recommended by a close friend to my wife. He explained exactly what I needed to do to assist my wife with the recovery, including some don’s and don’t’s as well. During the recovery, I had multiple questions and called and texted him for answers. He would answer me the same day and he even called me back in the evening to see how my wife was doing. She showed up at each and every follow-up appointments himself. Even thought the full recovery from the surgery, he was not satisfied a small defect that my wife barely noticed. He scheduled a follow up touch up. I am so glad that our friends recommended Dr. Chin for the beauty surgery. Like our friend, I recommend Dr. Chin to anybody who is looking for a stomach surgery. Thank you Dr. Chin and your professional staff for having taken great care of my wife and following through until the end of the surgery. My wife is so happy with the results of her surgery. Wouldn’t recommend. I went in for a consultation that I waited months for and the consultation only lasted 5minutes. Dr. Chin basically said I was obese and he didn’t want to perform BBL procedure unless I lose weight. He didn’t give me any type of details, or information about the procedure. I felt as if he was in a rush, and just needed me to leave which was a shame because he was aware that It was my very first time & the nurse taking my vitals noticed I was also very nervous…I deserved better communication, and more details considering I paid for his time. Very disappointed.

I wish I could leave Dr. Chin and his staff ten thousand stars (which still would not be enough to reflect how much I appreciate the Valley Institute of Plastic Surgery). Dr. Chin and his entire staff at the Valley Institute of Plastic Surgery are without a doubt the best in the business. We are so lucky to have such a talented plastic surgeon in the Central Valley. Dr. Chin will be my plastic surgeon's office for life. My services include a Breast Life/Breast Augmentation (which is an understatement, you should see what he had to work with--this man is an artist), and now I go to Dr. Chin's office for all needs including my botox, laser hair removal, and any future cosmetic procedures. The service is exceptional and you know you can trust everything he says. One of these days I will leave a more detailed response, but I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mark Chin, Ali Caplinger (his Physician's Assistant who does my other services), Diane (office manager), and Martha (front office staff). I was previously bamboozled to work with another plastic surgery office for essentially reconstruction related to major weight loss. I can speak as someone who has received services from multiple surgeons in the Valley, Dr. Chin is the best ever. From his patient care, thoroughness, and follow-up, he is the gold standard of healthcare. Dr. Chin's philosophy is "mark twice, cut once" and he did a remarkable job on my breast reconstruction. I am so grateful every single day for my experience with him, and I just wish I had found him sooner. As someone who had worked with other offices in the Central Valley for a MMO, my inbox is open to anyone who wants to know more about my experiences. I swear on everything I believe in, he really is the best. Do not hesitate, this is the guy. Do his consult and you will understand why. He is worth the investment you are making in yourself. Dr. Chin is an amazing, outstanding, and very talented plastic surgeon. He is very honest when it comes to getting plastic surgery he tells you what you can expect and tells you if he can or cannot do your surgery and if you’re the right candidate or not he does not give you the run around. He is very meticulous and I like that because there are not many plastic surgeons like that around. He makes you feel very comfortable at ease and not feel rushed and he takes his time during your consult to go over all of your concerns. Even right before your surgery Dr. Chin goes over everything he’s doing in detail. The anesthesiologists also goes over everything he’s going to do in detail and what to expect after and if you have any questions or concerns you feel at ease asking. Dr. Chin is also ALWAYS concerned for his patients. He calls patients post-op the same day either in the evening or night to see if you are doing ok and feeling ok after surgery and if the medications are helping you with the pain. I’m very happy to say I had plastic surgery by Dr. Chin and would do it all over again because he did an amazing job with his skills. All of his staff are very pleasant, friendly, kind, courteous, respectful and are always calm and collective never rude. When it comes to scheduling an appointment at his office either for a follow up post-op or consult appointment his front desk receptionist Martha is very helpful in getting you an appointment to work with your schedule. Scheduling an appointment has never been a problem for me. His office lobby area is always very clean and organized. Dr. Chin is the best plastic surgeon in town. I have had several consults by other plastic surgeons before choosing Dr. Chin and I’m very glad I chose him. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Chin to anyone wanting to get plastic surgery.
