Going to the gynecologist is more dreadful to me than going to the dentist for a root canal! But the staff at Women’s Elite Care is welcoming and friendly, and the facility is clean and comfortable. Even though most of the clients are young women, Dr Ardalan makes the exam comfortable and educational for this grandmother. She is encouraging and kind, patiently answering my questions about my aging body systems. I want to be around for a long time, and I pray that taking care of my health will make that possible. I will be back every year.

Dr. Ardalan is so compassionate and patient centered. I’ve really enjoyed having her as my OB. When I was delivering my first baby, she was in the hospital delivering another baby and stopped by to see how I was doing. She wasn’t there at that specific time for me and didn’t need to go out of her way to check on me but she did and I felt genuinely cared for.

My husband and I went together for an initial consultation for "Pre-Pregnancy Care and Pre-Conception Planning" as listed on the Women Elite Care website. Apparently those services aren't covered by insurance so we had to pay $400 up front, which would have been fine, except that the doctor was more than 30 minutes late and then rushed through the less-than-15-minute consultation with us without satisfactorily answering our questions or alleviating our concerns. I'm sure Dr. Adralan has the credentials and experience, but the patient experience left me feeling brushed aside and dismissed by yet another doctor. Super disappointing after waiting months to even get an appointment in the first place. We didn't get our money's worth, and we'll be finding a different OBGYN.

My experience with Dr. Ardalan was horrific. My long time OBGYN closed his office and I use HRT. My PCP recommended Dr. Ardalan for that continuation of care.
At my first visit she indicated she needed sign off from my medical team in order to prescribe it - I am medically complicated. I went and got that sign off from the requested doctors. When I returned with those directives - as asked - a month later, she refused to prescribe it.
All that is fine, I suppose, she’s entitled to her professional opinion. However, stringing me out over a month, knowing she wouldn’t prescribe it, was an utter waste of my time, severely impacted my quality of life, and inserted an unnecessary medical complication by her refusal. Further, at that second appointment she stated to me that “I feel sorry for you”.
Mind you, I was professional, organized and clear with my needs from the outset. She wasn’t responding to any outlandish behavior from me.
She is utterly unprofessional, refused to abide by a multidisciplinary team decision, and conducted herself with cruelty.
Hard pass.

I finally found a doctor whom understood my condition after seeing countless doctors in the past. I feel very confident in the care that Dr. Ardalan has given and would highly recommend her! The front desk staff was also very kind and welcoming.
