I’ve been going to this practice for many years and over time, I will say the staffing has definitely improved. I especially appreciate Patrice, the nurse! She always calls me back in a timely manner whenever I leave a message, she’s very attentive to my needs, and although I’m sure she’s very busy, often times she goes above and beyond to help to get me what I need. Whether its an urgent or time sensitive question I need an answer to, an appointment I had trouble making, or a Rx I need refilling, she always follows up with me she and takes the necessary actions to help me with whatever I need. I really appreciate the great customer (or patient) services she shows in every regard. I also appreciate nurse Wallace! Though I love seeing Dr. Thrasher, it’s typically a longer wait time to be seen by her and with a hectic schedule, i don’t like waiting long periods of time at a Dr’s office (or anywhere for that matter) so I see nurse Wallace during my visits. She will get you in and out, she has great bedside manners, she takes the time, care and concern to listen to you and address your needs. She is very personable and she is conscientious of your time and will not have you sitting in the room for an eternity waiting for her to come tend to your visit. Thanks Patrice and Ms. Wallace !

I have known of Dr. Melinda Miller-Thrasher for years but not personally for my own healthcare as a patient. I can’t begin to tell you how I felt with her staff who was very nice and professional in my care. I knew then that I was in good hands. I then met with Dr. Thrasher who was so kind, listened to everything I had to say and she didn’t make me feel that I was being rushed in seeing her. She is very personable, gave me multiple alternatives in my medical care that I thought I didn’t have. I recommend her highly to all ladies that need help with things that occur in our lives as women. She does it and I mean all. I suggest you check her out because I feel you would not regret it. Dr. Miller's office never disappoints. Every single visit I am greeted with the utmost respect and much courtesy as soon as I reach the front desk. The medical assistants, techs, billing liason and schedulers are just as courteous and friendly. And last but not least, Dr. Miller is the best! She's super sweet, thorough, does NOT rush you and will answer your questions. She explains everything and she knows her stuff! The care that she has taken with me, and the care I've seen her show to her staff, I would recommend her practice a million times over.

With all the anxiety I had with getting a biopsy done. My NP Cierra and Dr. Thrasher quickly ease my nervousness. I am so appreciative to have them both on this journey.

This was the most thorough doctor's visit I have had in a very long time. The amount of care and information that was shared was astounding! The office is extremely efficient and Dr Melinda Miller- Thrasher was wonderful! She spent time with me aand showed empathy and concern for my problem. She gave me realistic expectations. I feel safe in her care.
