After having 3 vaginal births and my hysterectomy, I knew that my private area had changed after tearing during labor and refusing to have it stiched. I had my husband search for a well reputable surgeon. So I decided to have a consultation with Dr. Lau. The office is clean and private enough, his kind and very patient staff were attentive to me. Dr. Lau made me feel comfortable, explained everything so meticulously, he answered all my questions and reassured me that he aspires to give me my results to my 100% satisfaction. The day of surgery came, I was treated with respect, professionalism, warmth and his assistant during the procedure stood by me the entire time, she kept changing my blanket to keep me warm, she was talking to me and kept me informed about everything Dr. Lau was doing, I felt comfortable with her kind gestures, she even would hold my hand when I asked. Procedure done, I go home and yes for the next 2 weeks I did experience some discomfort as I healed (much expected). I was not alone though because Dr. Lau was a phone call away, I even called him after 8 PM, he called me back within 3 minutes and every time I called he helped. My healing journey was monitored by Dr.Lau, he scheduled many post op office visits, he is still standing by his word that if I was not 100% satisfied he would do a revision. Based on my personal experience I with full honesty can say that Dr. Lau and his staff are great at caring for the patients need, communicating ones wishes is easy to share with them. Additionally my husband says he is so satisfied with how it feels and looks. Thank you Dr. Lau and staff.

Dr. Lau and his team are wonderful! His staff was very personable and thoughtful. Dr. Lau was informative, sensitive, and addressed every one of my concerns with compassion. Where do I start? I had my surgical *rejuvenation* with Dr. Lau on May 26th 2023. To start, the staff was so helpful from the first phone call. Financing was easy. Dr. Lau called me the same day I initially inquired about the surgery to have a phone consultation. After explaining in great detail the entire procedure, I knew it was what I wanted to do and booked the same day. On the day of surgery, Dr. Lau and his staff made me feel at ease. He once again went over the procedure with me, making sure I understood everything, including risks. I was able to relax and watch a movie during the entire procedure which only took about an hour and a half. Once completed I was sent home to recover and Dr. Lau gave me a list of ways to contact him for any reason, including his personal cellphone. Believe me when I say that this man cares about his patients. He is an amazingly skilled surgeon, and an even better person. He didn’t bat an eye at the fact that I blew his phone up all the time with questions, he was more than happy to help me in any way. If you’re looking into getting this surgery, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lau. I am beyond satisfied with my results and experience!

Did a great job on my partner's reconstructive surgery. I am highly satisfied with outcome. Appearance and functionality is very good. I would let my partner use him again as we are both satisfied with the results.

Dr. Lau is AWESOME! It is very hard to find a doctor that is not only knowledgeable, good at what they do, BUT also has a pleasant personality. Dr. Lau is a gyneocologist but also a cosmetic surgeon. I went to him to repair the damage from having children...not only did he do a great job, but we did a little extra to bring back my youth down there ;). If you need any type of surgery below the belt ladies dont think twice about seeing him...and if you live far away he is worth the drive....you will feel safe, cared for, and that YOU matter! Once you meet him you'll go back to him for what ever procedures he offers that you may need or want.
