Some of the stuff is rude. And it freaking north pole cold in the office. My favorite lady was Yesenia. She was great and professional and very helpful. She always answered my questions and very nice made my experience good. My Doctor, Dr Nees is funny made me feel less scared and nerves. He did a great job making me look even sexyer love my result. Also, Eric, I can’t forget about Eric. Eric has the biggest hands that you can imagine when he quizzes you his quizzes everything in one shot and that also feels good when you have fluids inside that they need to be retrieved so overall between Silvia and Eric is very hard to pick but you can pick any of the two because they’re great both of them.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I had a mommy makeover which included a breast lift and augmentation with a tummy tuck with lipo on the stomach. At least that is what I paid for and my paperwork said. On the 30th of April I went in for a pre-op appointment. First off, I paid Boutinic Aesthetics and on that day they sent me to Moon Plastic surgery. The pushy lady that sold me my tummy binder said I needed to pay $500 for silicone because I was older and another $500 for an extended tummy tuck . I said I am not prepared for that as I came by myself and because my person taking care of me had to cancel I was going to have to pay a mobile care person. I told the lady I asked several times in text and email and phone prior to getting there would I have to pay for anything else? Was told no just meds everytime. They also gave the impression that I would be given the meds and wouldn't have to get them from the pharmacy. They left me with no choice but to have to leave earlier than planned because of the extra unplanned 1k as I was from out of town. I was so stressed my blood pressure was reading high and they said I would not be able to get surgery. The lady argued that I didn't pay for lipo or a lift and would have to pay even more. I had the paperwork to prove otherwise she was going to try and con more money. The day I woke up after surgery they gave me a stamped prescription for pain meds and Walgreens would not take it and they refused to send another prescription straight to Walgreens that was not stamped. I went the first 30 hours after this major surgery without any pain medicine except Tylenol because of them. My post surgery appointment the next day I was in so much pain that the nurse took pity on me and gave me a shot otherwise I would have to Uber to another pharmacy to fill my pain meds because of Walgreens stupid policy and their refusal to send a new one to them. I found an awesome woman on care.com that for a fraction of what everyone else wants to charge in Miami helped me for two days. That is another thing all these post surgery care places should be shamed. Way over priced. Worst experience ever and it didn't have to be. Also 16 days after surgery the clinic refuses to call me back so I can ask basic questions like are my sutures dissovable can I remove my drains is it normal to have a blister form on your stomach. Now the Dr. I had was awesome but she apparently was filling in because I was supposed to have surgery with Dr. Nees. I won't mention her name with this review because she doesn't deserve to have her name mentioned with this butcher farm mill. Do not do any business with Boutinic Aesthetics or Moon Plastic surgery. You would think 7.5k would get me a return phone call to answer basic after care questions. Never do business in Florida especially if you don't know Spanish.

i honestly am so impressed and happy with the way moon aesthetics has been with me everyone they are so incredibly nice , and so kind with the way they took care of me and the results with my body the way it turned out was extraordinary this is the best place to get your bbl with the way mines came out the doctors did such an incredible job all you have to do is be patience so you can see your results remember it takes months for you body to develop into its shape i was very patient i did everything they asked me to and all it took me was 4 to 5 months to have my body look the way i wanted it to but of course everyone needs to be realistic but i recommend everyone coming here if you want an amazing experience !

Im in tears. Seeing my whole new body after 3 weeks post op. I can't wait to see me in a bikini. Thanks to Dr. Ortega and all the staff. They were sooooo nice and patient with me. I will definitely recommend them 100%.
