Napa Solano Plastic Surgery

I chose to use Dr. Snyder for my eye lift surgery because my wife was very pleased with the surgery Dr. Snyder had done for her. He absolutely lived up to her referral. Not only did he do excellent work for me, he was very reassuring and pleasant in all of our interactions. The procedure and followup visits went very well and I also received a quick response to any questions that came up between my appointments. The entire staff was always friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful plastic surgery experience thanks to Dr Brett Snyder and his staff. He listened to my request and was very clear regarding what he could do for me. I came to Dr Snyder through a referral source and they were absolutely correct. I have since passed along my referral to others. I had breast implants as well as eye lid lift. I told Dr Snyder with tears about my recent implant experience that was very botched. The wrong type and size had been used. He assured me that he could correct that and provide a good outcome. Dr Snyder not only listened, he produced an excellent result for me. The staff are very professional and at the same time friendly.

I have always admired the professionalism of the aesthetic nurses at the Napa Valley Plastic Surgery Center and have most recently experienced the same from their plastic surgeon. Thanks to my easygoing, open conversation with my aesthetic nurse, she encouraged me to see Dr. Zeiderman and ask his opinion. The consultation with Dr. Ziederman was indeed a great experience! His calm demeanor immediately put me at ease, and his clarity as he explained my concerns gave me a clear sense of his skill and passion for his profession. After much debate, I decided to proceed. The procedure involved a deep-plane facelift, a deep-plane lower neck lift, and a chemical face peel. Dr. Zeiderman explained the procedure in meticulous detail and the night before the procedure the anesthesiologist called me to introduce herself and explain the sedation and backup plan. I felt understood about what I wanted and was impressed with their professionalism. All the surgical details went as Dr. Ziederman articulated. The timeline for recovery was surprisingly smooth. I only needed the prescribed medication the first night, and from then on, I depended upon Extra Strength Tylenol. A month after my procedure, my recovery is impressive. The incisions are practically unidentifiable, and my peel is smoothing and softening my skin more each day. Indeed, Dr. Ziederman’s meticulous artistry achieved terrific results for me! I highly recommend him. Not only is he an outstanding person, but he is also a highly talented plastic surgeon! I am a BIGGER FAN of Napa Valley Plastic Surgery today. I had a tuberous breast correction, breast lift and lipo with Dr. Zeiderman and i’m so so happy with the results. He was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding when i had my first 2 visits and made me feel very comfortable. I’m 3 weeks post op and I’m IN LOVE with my results so far. He truly changed how i see myself and I am really thankful that he was my surgeon!

Two stars for the nurse I had during my surgery and the staff at the front desk. If I can leave zero stars for my post op experience and results from Dr.Klink I would. May 2024 I had a breast augmentation and lift, I chose Dr.Klink based on his experience and referrals from other people I knew. Prior to surgery my interactions were positive and reassuring. The day of ; when I found out he somehow forgot to put in my prescription for post op pain killers I should have backed out and went home to second guess the surgery. Everything was normal till a week in stitches began to pop and the scars in the T zone began to spread. Two months in I expressed to Dr.Klink that my breast had already dropped lower than I wanted (mind you I wanted "small and up in place" due to my active life style and he ended up going larger than agreed upon while in surgery. His comment back was "that he was offended". I was taken back and completely in shock. My friend who was present at the appointment was as well. Following week I called to ask if I can move back my appointment because I wanted my husband present this time as I bring up my concerns of my breast already dropping far lower than expected, and was told he retired and moved out of the state. This came with zero warning and no mention of retiring from the previous appointment from Dr. Klink or office staff. Before selecting him as a surgeon he told me he was retiring soon but would be there for my full recovery. When I asked how long full recovery was his response was a year. I got off the phone and sobbed. Feeling almost scammed and abandoned by my surgeon. Meeting with a new surgeon for my post op I began to cry as he confirmed that they did drop lower than they should and that he can offer me a discount on corrective surgery. This shattered my heart, months post op and now I'm having to consider corrective surgery? I called the front desk and begged them to find a way to get into contact with Dr.Klink and see if he can do anything to correct the problems I was having due to his surgery. They told me there is nothing they can do. I resorted to another second option with another Napa-Solano surgeon. She was pleasant and kind and confirmed again my worst fear. Implants where much too large for my body, they sit far out to the side of my ribcage. My scars (which are now an inch thick and go half way across my breast because of how far they dropped. I cannot wear a normal bathing suit without the most embarrassing massive scars showing) and that my lift was far too conservative, that a netting should have been put into place to help my muscular structural integrity. After that appointment I haven't heard from Napa-Solano for any type of check-ins due to my issues, discomfort and pain I am having from my "botched" lift and augmentation. 13 thousand gone, and left with scars I would never wish on my worst enemy. Unable to not wear an extremely supportive bra, having to run races, ride my horse with two bras on for extra support. Unable to lay flat on my back without my chest hurting and my implants falling to the sides. Sadly results that make me wish I never did the surgery to begin with.
