Came in for a hand surgery consult. Having an issue with a minor fracture that happened over a year ago and now my pinky can’t bend fully when making a fist. Staff was nice and Dr. Lin is quick but very thorough and I can tell he has experience. He recommended physical therapy for now which I wasn’t to excited about but he’s honest that a surgery may actually make things worse in my case. I like that integrity and feel well taken care of here.

i hardly ever post reviews because i want every business to flourish, but man, i just don't like getting ripped off at every turn.
had a dozen people waiting in the lobby, as hes running around getting to them. felt like i was in tent clinic in Uganda.

As a professional artist, I have seen multiple hand surgeons over the years, and by far Dr. Lin is the best IMO.
He has a great “bedside” manner, and easy to talk to, but more importantly his skills as a hand surgeon are top notch. Just by looking at my hands, he easily saw scars from former surgeries, scars that had been hidden by previous surgeons in the natural lines on my palms. I couldn’t even see those! Previous surgeons had not been quite as good technically speaking as well as in personality. He has performed probably at least five procedures on my hands over the years, and I will definitely need more because o literally work my fingers to the bone! I read the bad reviews that some people have left: mainly complaining about the staff. I found the staff personable and professional. I never have had any problems, either by phone or in person. Also, I feel I should point out that his staff schedules appointments really well, because I have never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 5-8 minutes. (In my more than 6 decades on the planet, I have experienced many doctors who overbook, and thus have a waiting room full of unhappy people. Not at Dr. Lin’s practice.) This surgeon is phenomenal.

My experience with Dr. Lin was first class. Was a bit of a wait at first appointment, but after that never more than 10 minutes. Great Doctor and staff. I was concerned after surgery and called his office to see about getting some information. Dr Lin came to the phone and answered all of my questions personally. Even after surgery Dr. Lin called my family to pick me up. I am very pleased with all of the care that I received from both Dr. Lin and his staff.
Highly recommended.
