I have been going to Dr. Leita Harris for over 2 yrs. now for Hormone Replacement Therapy for menopause symptoms. She is excellent!! She is very resourceful in all things related to female health, such as menopause, skin care, weight loss & more. When I first went to her, I was on BioTE Pellets from a previous doctor, but I did not like them and I asked Dr Harris to change my medication to the HRT Troche’ (it dissolves in your mouth). She was gracious enough to accommodate my request and I am extreme appreciative of her kindest!!! Dr. Harris is an amazing GYN. She takes her time and listens to you during your office visit. She responds to all of your questions and goes out of her way to take care of all of her patients. In this day & time this is a rare quality for a doctor to have. She is a one of a kind hidden gem. If you need help with any female issues, pls be sure to give Dr. Harris a try. You will never regret it!

I've been a patient of Dr. Harris's for several years. The front office staff are a pleasure: very professional, kind, and nice. I most recently went to Dr. Harris's office for the Semaglutide weight loss program, and to date I have lost 50 pounds. I've never felt better.

Not only does Dr. Harris have a very attentive and professional staff, during my appointment, I felt like I was talking to a friend. She was very personable and thorough in her explanations as I start to navigate this menopause adventure. Thank you Dr. Harris and team!

I suffer from Adenomyosis and had to find a gynecologist for options, because I was in pain and it was effecting the quality of my life. I found doctor Harris from my in network blue cross blue shield list. Boy I got lucky. From the moment I walked in, the office is very welcoming and supportive. The doctor offers options for EVERYTHING woman related. I’ve decided to always come back here, because I trust Doctor Leita Harris! 🩷 bless her!

FRUSTRATION AND PAIN- NEVER GOING BACK TO "NURTURING YOU" EVER AGAIN. YOU ARE BEING WARNED! Dr. Harris has taken care of my HRT for about 3 years now, on and off. I called her office to make an appointment for a pap smear. I was given an appointment to be seen by the nurse, Isabella B.. I told them that I wanted to see Dr. Harris and that I would take a later date to do so if that would help. They then scheduled me for August 29th to see Dr. Harris. However, on August 29th, Isabella B. entered my room. I thought she was only going over my bloodwork but no, she said she was going to perform my exam because Dr. Harris was backed up. This is when I should have immediately refused and rescheduled, but I was trying to be helpful and agreed. I found out later that Isabella only had 2 years under her belt. She was just recently licensed on July 13, 2022. This is probably why I am now suffering, with pain and frustration. She doesn't have good skills. During the exam, Isabella used a speculum that was too big, because after the exam, I felt overly stretched. She used the cervical brush for too long, and at one point she poked me, I jumped and she quickly moved her hand. And also, the way she ask me to hold my legs, as she said, "in a frog position" was very awkward and unusual. What a disaster! And now, 10/27/2024, I am STILL in pain. I tried to play nice and give it time to dissipate. I contacted Dr. Harris on IG, and instead of her calling me, she had Isabella call me, and go over what she did in the exam room. She gave me pain pills. It didn't work. More time passed by. I am still in pain. I asked Dr. Harris if she could call me so that she and I could go over what had gone wrong, and next steps. She told me to come in to her office.... What! I only asked for a simple phone call to discuss the procedure performed by her nurse, and she wanted me to come in and pay for another visit, just to talk to her. This is terrible! I see no concern at all. The pain has gotten out of control. I started feeling burning sensations around my pelvic area that travels down my thighs. When on the office portal, I explained this sensation to Dr. Harris, she said, "none of what is happening is common, so it is challenging to work through". She had no idea what I was talking about. I also shared aching, burning pain that won't go away. This was going nowhere. I found an extremely knowledgeable Gyno menopause specialist. She examined me and shared what Isabella did. I have since, been referred to two other specialist to help correct the problem. (This doctor knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned the burning sensation traveling around and down my legs. She explained the problem, and showed me a pelvic model. Thank God I found her! No one else cared that I was botched in Dr. Harris' office. RUN while you can...
