When I called and made my original appointment, they confirmed that my health insurance provider was covered and accepted by their office. I showed up for my appointment, they insisted I wear a face mask (even though their website says masks are optional). They also said that my insurance wasn’t accepted and turned me away after I filled out all of the paperwork. It was extremely unprofessional and rude and a waste of time on their end. Will not recommended this office to anyone I talk to in the future.

Dr. Tsai & her staff ROCKS!!! I’ve been a patient for 19 years and her care & professionalism is a constant to this day. She delivered my daughter & is also her Dr. Her office is convenient & clean. Dr. Tsai is easy to talk to & explains things so it’s easy to understand. So happy she’s my Dr.!

5 stars for great service, specially to Kathy who had been so patient and informative during my visit. I truly appreciate how they treat their patients. They will also give you a call to follow up results, routine checkups and etc. During Covid, I received a call to inform me that my upcoming appointment is to be rescheduled soon. Imagine them calling l patients one by one. Some clinics may not have even called! Overall, clinic is nice and clean. Great location in downtown.

Dr. Tsai is an amazing doctor! I switched over to her services because my two high school best friends went to her. She has delivered 3 of my 4 children. The other doctor who delivered the other one...can't go into detail with enough room to describe the horror. So, when I first met Dr. Tsai about 17 years ago, there were many things I wanted in an OBGYN - someone who listened, cared deeply for their patients, respected their patients' wishes, great communication skills, empathetic to an "awkward and uncomfortable situation" when being prodded and checked, and had the priority for MY BEST HEALTH. Of course, Dr. Tsai checked all of those boxes off! She is truly amazing. You know how some doctor's make you wait a long time to get your vitals checked, then go into a room or wait in the waiting room, and more waiting? This is not the case at Dr. Tsai's office. Upon entering, her staff is friendly, warm, and upbeat. After signing in, you don't have too long of a wait before you're whisked off into a private room to check your vitals. Next, if any urine test or other tests need to be done, it is done before being assigned a private checking room. When waiting in the private checking room, you know you're in a great environment. You can hear muffled sounds of Dr. Tsai's voice in the next room speaking with other patients - you can't understand what is being said, but you can hear the cadence and joy in the vibrations of her voice. Within a reasonable time, Dr. Tsai comes into the room cheerful, attentive, and ready to converse about ME. She asks questions to learn more about what's going on, gives me advice when needed/asked, and provides information as needed to help me take care of my body. Besides her office visits, she is a STAR in the delivery room. As a patient, I shared with her my likes and dislikes after one awful delivery (with another OBGYN). For kids 2, 3, and 4 (who was delivered by Dr. Tsai), she noted down every detail of what I had wished for my deliveries (within reason) to provide me with a positive and memorable delivery -- it was and still is a very special memory. Kudos to Dr. Tsai and her staff for the high level of care that she continues to provide to her patients! In 17 years as a patient, I have never been let down or disappointed. She is the kind of doctor that is your doctor and someone you call a friend. I highly recommend and suggest Dr. Tsai!

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Tsai for YEARS! She has been taking care of my mother in all aspects of patient care ranging from annual well-woman exams, her surgical procedure in the past, and all diagnostic issues that were focused on my mother's well-being. Dr. Tsai, the perfect example of an ideal doctor! She understands the needs of her patients and listens through the issues at hand. Just to give an example, my mother came to the mainland and had an issue that the doctors could not resolve. We were table to get in touch with Dr. Tsai within an hour to figure out a care plan and treatment options. I am forever indebted to her for taking care of my mother all these years. Highly recommend Dr. Tsai for any OB/GYN needs and issues! She truly understands from the patient's point of view and puts her heart into her profession.
