I visited this clinic for a Fraxel treatment on my face, and three days post-procedure, I’m really happy with the results. If it’s financially feasible, I’d love to make this an annual treatment. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional, which made the experience even better.
The reason for the two-star deduction is the price. While I fully understand that you get what you pay for—especially with a procedure where expertise matters, and they absolutely know what they’re doing—the cost for my face alone was $1,750. That felt a bit exorbitant, even though they did an excellent job.
For context, I’ve had Fraxel done on my face and neck three other times when I lived in San Jose. Back in 2016, I paid $1,500 for both areas combined. Of course, that was before inflation, so that might explain some of the difference. However, I can’t help but feel like I got more value in California. It could also be that Omaha has less competition for this type of procedure, which might drive prices up? I’m not entirely sure.
That said, the level of service here is top-notch. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from coming here because the quality of work is excellent. Just be prepared for the cost—it’s on the higher side but worth it if you prioritize great results.

It was my first time visiting, and it was an amazing experience! The staff, including Dr. Jennifer, were all fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. The facility was spotless and well-organized, and I appreciated the music playing in the background. Each room was named after a different country, which was a nice touch. I'm thrilled to have become a member and am very happy to see the results!
