Dr. Parcells and her office staff are great!
From my initial phone call, to appointments, to surgery, and follow up. They are prompt, respectful, and provide you with all the information you will need. She has a great bedside manner and performed a surgery where I love my results. I've recommended her to friends. I got chest masculinization top surgery and the staff were great about my chosen name and pronouns the whole time. Great experience, glad I chose her :)

One of the biggest benefits I experienced was the immediate relief from upper neck/back pain after surgery. The difference was night and day, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Parcells is not only highly skilled but also attentive, thorough, and truly cares about her patients’ wellbeing.

Dr. Parcells and her team are THE BEST! Even though the process for surgery can feel very daunting, I was supported through everything - they answered every question I had and listened to my worries (no matter how silly). And then the surgery went great, and Dr. Parcells and her team have been great during the aftercare too - and Tori was always willing to jump on a video call to look at whatever thing I was nervous about that day!
I'm two months post-opp and I already feel like my life has changed for the better. I've been telling my friends who are on the line about surgery to go ahead and get it, and that I can recommend a great doctor.
Truly the BEST doctor, team, and experience you could possibly have for a major surgery!

I recently had an explant/lift with Dr. Parcells. From the moment I met her at my consultation, I felt that she was the perfect fit for me and my procedures. Her care, knowledge and professionalism put me at ease. The whole staff is amazing. Rachael, Brooke, Tory and the list goes on. I can’t thank them enough. Their care and compassion has really put me at ease. I’m healing very well and am so grateful for my results. I feel a weight lifted off of my chest, literally. I had a breast reduction and lift with Dr. Parcells. From the second I made my initial consult to my last post op Dr. Parcell's and her staff were nothing but amazing! I am so happy I did this for myself. The recovery was so smooth and the support and communication from the staff was magnificent. They were there for any and all questions. I even had a question at 5pm before a holiday and they were responding to me in minutes. All of the staff were so easy to talk to. As a person who works in healthcare I was so impressed with my experience and my results! Very happy patient right here!
