Pearl Women's Center

I had my surgical consultation in November and was able to get booked for January, only six weeks out. My surgery and experience that day were excellent, I wouldn't change a thing. My pre and post op appointments with Kristin, PA met my needs. I also have seen Brittany, NP in the clinic for some separate issues. The whole staff is pleasant, attentive, and professional. Pre and post nurses and anesthesia staff, too (I don't want to leave anyone out!). I have found the clinic to be reasonably responsive via phone and online portal. I got a couple separate small bills after the main surgical bill, which is annoying, but ultimately ended up paying a lot less total than the estimate I was given. I have already recommended Dr. Rosenfeld and his clinic to multiple people.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with the Pearl Women’s Center. I went in for my consultation and booked my procedure appointment right then, paid $1000 to secure to date. Due to a family emergency I had to cancel my procedure and needed the funds back to assist my daughter with a difficult moving situation. I explained all of this to the office staff, they stated I’d get the refund within 2 weeks, nothing for a whole month. I had to call and call and got the run around where everyone I spoke to said that was a different department. Was finally given $900 back but they won’t explain why they kept $100, and I’d previously paid for the consultation separately...but no response to even explain, really?? Additionally looking back the building is older, which would be okay except the flooring in the exam room and other elements need replacing. The amount of money they make there, they can’t replace the medical office floor? Overall…This is really poor customer service, especially when it comes to handling someone’s money and basic level communication. I am really disappointed, but everything happens for a reason. **3/25/25 Update to review: I received a follow up call from the new administrator who was very professional, understanding and kind. She explained how the case was mishandled, answered all of the questions I could not get a response to previously and assured me that she was following up internally. I feel much better about the service there now and the situation has now been resolved for me as well with a full refund. I will now change my initial 1 Star to 3 stars because her follow up was so helpful.

Amazing team designed for women’s health! Several years ago my doctor figured out it was my hormones, I wasn’t going crazy 🤣I was so depressed, sad, tired, and all of the things I thought was supposed to be just a normal thing in my forties. I’ve been on estrogen, progesterone and supplements and am in my middle fifties feeling most excellent! Highly recommend to anyone that will listen. Thank you PWC team!

I am very happy I found Pearl Women's Center. I have wanted to get my tubes removed and my primary care physician recommended I check out the local Women's clinics as the one they referred had an extremely long wait list. I came across Pearl Women's Center, with great reviews. I was able to quickly get scheduled for an appointment. Dr Rosenfield and Kristin answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything I should expect. I quickly had my surgery scheduled and on the day of I felt very taken care of. It was a great experience from start to finish and I never once felt judged or uncomfortable. I felt seen and well cared for. Excellent and professional staff and care.

The team is really wonderful here. I had to have surgery and they were able to get me in within the space of a few weeks. Everything went really well with my recovery and they got all my paperwork for paid leave in the same day I sent it. I have not had the same billing issues mentioned in other reviews. My procedure was correctly preauthorized and the billing department responded to my questions the same day. Perhaps they have a new billing team. All in all I am recovered and going back to work 3 weeks before I would have even been able to schedule the procedure with OHSU. I am happy to recommend them to anyone needing specialized and speedy care.
