I am not at all pleased with the care received from this medical office. The doctor nor the staff follow up on labs. I have had to call them on every occasion that I've had labs done to ask about results and follow-up. I was placed in a treatment room once and they totally forgot about me, I had a procedure done and was quoted a price for the same procedure and it was double what I was originally quoted. And lastly, I was still going despite all of the above, until I received a call from their billing department stating I owed $750.00 from July 2024 to May 2025. I have insurance and every time I came through no one said l had a copay. I have asked for a breakdown of my charges and I have yet to see it from them or my insurance companies. I'm from the Midwest and it's becoming clear to me that the health care here in the south doesn't compare to what I've experienced up north , just saying. 🤔

From the very first consultation, I felt supported, listened to, and confident in his expertise. Dr. Thomas toussaint is not only professional but also incredibly compassionate, always taking the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had, no matter how small.
His clinic is equally impressive. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and highly organized, creating a calm and positive environment. The office is always clean, well-equipped, and timely with appointments, which made my visits smooth and stress-free.
The care I received during my delivery was outstanding. Dr. Thomas toussaint was patient, reassuring, and skillfully guided me through the process, ensuring both my baby's and my safety every step of the way. I truly felt like I was in the best hands.

The most quickest and on timing doctors office ever!! Nicolasa was the sweetest she made me feel comfortable and not stress when taking my blood pressure and blood. If it wasn’t for Ms Nicolasa I wouldve been so nervous and scared but she made me feel relaxed so babyboy wouldn’t be getting excited in my tummy lol! But thank you for the kindness and comfortability at the office. One of my favorite offices.
