I am 67 years old and I have had a lot of OB/GYN experiences. Dr. Susan Lee and her group are by far the best experience I have ever had in all the years I have needed this professional care. Everyone is friendly and the environment immediately eases any anxiety or unease you may feel getting what is a very personal health care experience. I highly recommend Dr. Susan Lee and all of her associates!!

I’ve been a long standing patient with the office. The last few appointments went well, but as far as getting calls back about results they are very unprofessional . I had to get my result from my PCP which isn’t acceptable and almost two weeks later .The staff need to slow down and try to be more efficient. They are dealing with a lot of women and should be more concern about their well being. This isn’t the first time they fail to call. It happened a few years ago. These women are treating women that a bring life into this world. Hopefully they will be more considerate of others regardless of the work load.

Physicians don't care ignore sound concerns, and sneak in test, they don't call you back, their egos and God complexes gets in the way and they treat you as though it's your first child when it comes to your concerns. My wife hasn't enjoyed the care through this entire pregnancy my opinion if it's not to late to switch find another ob.

I would never suggest this office to anyone especially if it is your first pregnancy. I’ve been a patient here for five months of my pregnancy. It literally gave me anxiety coming in here, super unprofessional. I was literally laughed in my face when I was concerned about having a potential issue. It took them 2 weeks to call me about my labs. That was the last straw. You can go somewhere else and get better care and support especially during pregnancy. They never made me feel like me and my baby were safe. Again, my first pregnancy and they weren’t helpful nor seemed to care about me.

I see Natalie Griffith, FNP for my primary care and she is amazing! Always so sweet and caring. She also sees my kids and is wonderful with them as well. Highly recommend her!
