I’ve been both a patient of Dr. Wassermann and Dr. Bates; my experience with both has been nothing short of amazing! I have seen both for Botox and have seen a major improvement in some harsh wrinkling in my forehead and crows feet.
I also had nosejob consultation with Dr. Wassermann and feel confident that I chose the right surgeon. He made sure that I understood recovery and what changes would best suit my face. I am super excited to move forward with Dr. Wassermann and Plastic Surgery Consultants. I recently had a consultation with Dr. Bates to discuss double mastectomy reconstruction options. His team made spur of the moment schedule change & provided accommodating flexibility with me having traveled from distant location. Dr. Bates took the time to thoroughly explain all available options (as well as non-surgical) to me with empathy and professionalism. His expertise and compassionate approach has given me confidence as I move forward with my treatment plan in figuring out my next steps in my breast cancer journey. I would recommend Dr. Bates and his team to anyone considering breast reconstruction.

Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 and facing bilateral mastectomy, i was referred to Dr Wasserman for the reconstruction. At my first appointment I told him I told him I did not want to be larger than I was at that time, B cup. He was rude, I should have found another surgeon but I was alone and scared. The staff were wonderful, professional, and kind.
It’s been almost 7 years and each and every day I am reminded of the cancer when I see my large D-cup breasts with ripples and nipples that angle to the outer sides.
I was 49 when I had the surgery, so I went most of my life with small breasts, now I have these. I hate them - hate the ripples, hate the size, hate looking like this.
Perhaps Dr Wasserman is okay for cosmetic surgeries but I would never recommend him for a serious surgery like cancer mastectomy reconstruction.

I am out $1,125 paid to Dr. Wasserman’s Plastic Surgery Consultants for two cool peels with zero discernible results. Every blemish, spot, discoloration and spider vein I had before the two peels are still right here on my face.
The office cancelled my third scheduled peel several times because they did not have a nurse or esthetician to administer the laser. Two different nurses or estheticians left this practice in the time of my appointments; it appeared to me that this office had staffing problems.
It’s very discouraging to have paid $1,125 for alot of aggravation and inconvenience. I asked the office manager why Dr. Wasserman felt entitled to keep my money but received no answer.

I called the morning of the appointment, advised I would be 30 minutes late since I was actually driving from Georgia. They stated that was too late and would not take me if that was the case. Mind you I did not just show up late, I called before my actual appointment time that morning to advise I would be late. They suggested I reschedule, which was ok. When I called back to verify the new appointment they wanted another $100 deposition. They had treated the first appointment that morning as a no show and kept that $100. Might sound petty, but that action made me upset. I was not a simple no show, I called before my appointment that morning and I was willing to reschedule. I will take my $10-15k procedure search elsewhere. I was just disappointed with that simple incident. 😔
