Dr. Craig Rowin was recommended to me by colleagues in the surgical field, and my entire experience with him, his staff, and the practice did not disappoint. During the initial consult, he listened closely, explained clearly what was possible and would result in the best aesthetic and physiologically beneficial outcomes, and extensively reviewed what to expect in the peri- and post- operative phases. The practice staff made the entire process smooth, and follow-ups were easy to schedule, with no waits. I highly recommend Dr. Rowin, he truly is a perfectionist, which is why I chose him on the recommendations of others; I can now concur. I’m extremely pleased with my outcome!

I am a breast cancer survivor. I had a double mastectomy with trans flap reconstruction. I had more revisions than you can count, all with the same surgeon, never pleased with the resuIt. I consulted with many other local surgeons over the years. I never felt like it was worth the risk to have another surgery, not to mention some surgeons actually didn't want to attempt a surgery to address my issues. Then Dr. Wilkes recommended Dr. Rowin. After years of being borderline disgusted with my previous results, I'm completely blown away, over the moon with my post-surgery appearance. I can't even believe my "before" and "after" photos. If you are a fellow survivor who is not happy with your reconstruction, run, don't walk to have a consultation with Dr. Rowin. He is absolutely talented beyond measure.

I was told about this company through friend recommendations. I called to make an appointment and the lady I spoke with was very professional and courteous. Afterwards, I saw on the website that the Botox I wanted to get was on sale for the month, but my appointment was scheduled for the 1st day of the following month. So, I called back and was able to purchase the amount of units I wanted prior to my appointment at the sale price. I saved $60! When I arrived I didn’t have to wait to be seen. The Nurse that serviced me was Ashley. My sister came with me for her first-ever Botox treatment and Ashley saw us at the same time. She was very friendly as she explained how many units of Botox she thought would be a great fit for me and why. She was careful to mark the places where she would inject and gave a countdown for each injection. Ashley made my sister feel at ease as she explained the normal do’s and dont’s of care after her appointment. She had us download an app that helped us save money that day and that offers specials from time to time. Ashley was very approachable and was considerate to fully answer all of our questions. I feel like she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit. When I was checking out, the lady that helped me was friendly and efficient. Based on my visit to Plastic Surgery of the Carolinas, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get Botox. They have a wide range of services and several skilled and highly-educated professionals to accommodate any needs related to plastic surgery or even for simple surface issues. 5 Stars!
