I have had two of Dr. Duncan’s new Ultra Clear resurfacing treatments on my face and neck and I am BEYOND pleased with the results! My skin is in the best shape it has ever been! This treatment removed age spots and added elasticity and brightness! I HIGHLY recommend this treatment for younger looking healthier skin! Dr. Duncan is the knowledgeable and patient and the BEST at what she does. Her staff is kind and friendly and so very helpful! I would give TEN stars if I could and I am already anticipating my next treatment! Thank you Dr. Duncan and staff for the wonderful experience!

I had the most terrible experience with Diane Duncan
I had a tummy tuck, and I also got an affection where the stitches were. I got a lump and it was infected. I told her about it and she's told me, Oh, are you using clean towels, and I'm like yes, I'm using clean towels. It had nothing to do with the towel
One of the nurses, tried cleaning out the infected, i guess she wasn't doing right because the infection was still there and
It got worse, i had high fever ended up in the emergency room.
After complaining about this, she finally went in drain the infected area which she should have done in the first. There's so much to this to my story. All the stress they're hurting everything I had to go through and the stitches look awful! I would never recommend diane duncan to anyone

I have been a client of PSA/Dr. Duncan for a little over 2 years. The entire team works together to keep my skin looking amazing (hello hydrafacials) and my body on point. On one of my visits I mentioned I was having incontinence issues after having 2 children back to back near 40. My quality of life had sharply declined. Every activity had to be planned around restroom locations. When you suffer from a weak bladder or incontinence issues, it is a very big deal. My gynecologist suggested I surgically have a mesh inserted to POSSIBLY help. I was not having surgery-especially with zero guarantee on fixing my problem. Dr. Duncan suggested I try 7 sessions Emsella and 4 sessions of Emsculpt NEO over a month period to strengthen my core/pelvic floor. I literally had nothing to lose and started treatments shortly after. 3 months after finishing the treatments I no longer suffered from incontinence 🙌🏾. I gained a light abdominal six pack, somehow my midsection was noticeably smaller, my poster is better, my glutes lifted and I became overall stronger. I can not thank Dr. Duncan enough. I even brought her flowers and a thank you card for drastically improving the quality of my life. I am eternally thankful for this non-invasive process.

Absolute worst experience of my life. Dr Duncan didn’t listen to me about the size for my breast augmentation. She ruined my life. I hate my breasts. Very expensive!!! Can’t really afford to do it again. Should have gotten what I wanted the first time. I tried to talk to her regarding my unhappiness and was never given the time of day! Not to mention when I was having pain in my breast years after I wasn’t given the time of day nor provided any diagnostics to evaluate the issue. Complete and utter disappointment! Don’t go here!

Dr Duncan was totally worth everything for me. She and her staff made the whole experience informative and supportive, and the results surpassed my expectations. I especially appreciated her attention to my follow-up responsibilities, she made me feel like I was part of the team. Another surgeon I had consulted never mentioned after-care and I'm sure Dr Duncan's skill and whole patient approach led to my complete delight in this experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
