This office is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. People in the food industry have better service than this place has ever provided to its patients. You have the staff which are all women gossiping constantly to each other about their coworkers and patients. Not to mention the staff was gossiping about a patient who just had miscarried and saying the most insensitive things. I understand a miscarriage can be common however I’ve witnessed more than one person walk into this office and make a scene about their treatment at this place and having to go back after they just had a miscarriage during their time at this clinic. It’s very disturbing to witness. My wife and I had found out we were pregnant. I was present through all the appointments alongside her. However anytime she ask for clarification the staff would say one thing and a then say something completely different. There was no clarification or transparency of any kind. She would ask what was being done and why, as well as the process. The staff would not give her a clear answer. They would avoid the questions being asked and return to gossiping. Being a patient at this clinic is the most frustrating thing you can ever experience. My wife had a terrible experience during a vaginal ultrasound. A younger girl with dark hair did her ultrasound and was very rude. She hurt my wife while inserting the prob aggressively. Mind you my wife had a great experience with a blond ultrasound tech who did a much better job the first time so she understands how the process should go. My wife explained that the dark haired tech was putting way too much pressure while checking the babies. Everything was fine on the first ultra sound, however after the second ultrasound (where my wife was hurt and spoke up about it) we were told that the babies progression was declining. My wife felt pressured to get the D&C procedure done and she explains it was the most terrible experience ever. After finding out the news, the staff was insensitive about the situation while having to do the paperwork for the D&C. Not to mention how lousy they are at talking out blood. My wife was bruised every time and she mentioned they would move the needle while it was still in her arm “trying to find the vein”. This clinic and the hospital attached to it also lost our blood samples and DNA samples to find out the genders of the babies. Avoid this clinic. Save your time, money and babies and do the effort to go somewhere beneficial. We weren’t able to have the privilege of experiencing having 2 of our own but at least YOU can still have the opportunity to go somewhere else and continue your pregnancy to full term.

A Truly Disappointing Experience with Dr. Geiling I am writing this review in the hope that Dr. Geiling reads it and reconsiders how he treats his patients. My initial appointment with him was great—he was thorough in his testing, and I felt confident in his care. However, that all changed during my follow-up experience. During our phone follow-up, Dr. Geiling explained my test results and gave me options for how to proceed. When he asked which procedure I preferred, I told him I needed time to think about it. I later called the office, made my decision, and ensured they had the correct procedure listed when I scheduled my appointment. At my pre-op appointment, things took a turn for the worse. The medical assistant handed me a tablet for my signature, but the document listed multiple procedures—only one of which I had chosen. I felt uneasy and asked her to clarify what the additional information meant. Instead of explaining, she became defensive and bluntly told me, "You don’t have to sign it if you don’t want to." Her tone made me feel dismissed and unheard, and I became emotional. My concerns were valid, yet they made me feel like I was being difficult. Sitting in the waiting room, I began to question everything, especially because during a previous biopsy, they had assured me it wouldn’t hurt—and it did. That’s when I started losing trust in their care. When Dr. Geiling entered the room, he was visibly frustrated with me. I don’t know what the medical assistant told him, but he seemed irritated from the moment he walked in. He said something along the lines of, "I was told you're not comfortable with the procedure, so maybe we should postpone it." I asked him to explain it to me further so I could better understand, and that’s when I clarified that I only wanted one of the procedures, not both. Instead of listening, he said, "I don’t know why you wouldn’t want them." I tried to explain why, mentioning the biopsy that had caused me pain, but he cut me off before I could even finish. "You’re not going to feel anything; you’re going to be asleep!" he snapped. Then he went on to say, "I don’t feel comfortable doing the procedure because you’re asking too many questions!" Excuse me? It’s my body. Why wouldn’t I ask questions? Isn’t it my right to understand what’s happening? I came to this office because of the promises on your website, but I felt like none of them were true. You claim to take pride in being a doctor, and you should, but remember that your patients are women, specifically, who deserve to be respected, heard, and understood. Dr. Geiling, you need to remember that the women you serve have emotions and concerns that matter. Being thorough in your work is important, but treating your patients with empathy and respect is just as critical. I hope you never treat another patient the way you treated me, and I don’t appreciate you writing me a letter just to gaslight me, you should have saved yourself the time and postage I don't appriciate you totally dismissing my concern. You had a chance to make it right that is why I requested to speak to your office manager, yet you chose not to take responsibility for the way you and your office assistant treated me. Some professional development training on empathy and compassion for you two might help. All the other staff was great, including the office manager (very professional and compassionate). *The screenshots attached are the reason I chose them, that's the service I needed from them.

I went in for a first time visit, nice & kind staff. They got me an appointment to remove my IUD (birth control) the very next week. The women that I ended up seeing was Laura Wiese, she was very sweet and made me feel comfortable during my visit. She was talkative and communicated everything before she did it. It was a great experience & I would recommend her to others.

I've been going there SINCE, a little after my first born. And midwives delivered my second and third born; so for me, it has been about 10yrs of experience. Staffs are very nice and friendly and very professional at their works. Dr. Geiling, midwife Cassandra and midwife Laura are very sweet and caring and understanding, and very knowledgeable❤
