I decided to undergo breast reduction surgery late last year and the overall experience has been very positive, especially my interactions with Dr. Ramin Behmand and his team. When I decided to pursue surgery, I found Dr. Behmand almost by chance, and I can’t express enough how thankful I am for that. From the very first consultation, I felt an immediate sense of comfort and trust that I hadn’t anticipated, especially since I based my choice purely on online reviews versus a personal referral. When I first walked into the office, I was nervous and a little skeptical about cosmetic surgery. However, from my first encounter with everyone at the office, I felt completely welcome and at ease. They greeted me with kindness and professionalism and took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing through the consultation. I never once felt pressured into making a decision. Dr. Behmand explained the procedure in detail and clearly outlined what I could expect. He also took the time to answer every question I had, no matter how small. I had decided when walking in that first day that if I felt comfortable and informed, I was going to go ahead and book my procedure without paying for a bunch of other consultations or delaying my procedure any longer, which is exactly what I did. I have no regrets in doing so! The day of the surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the entire surgical team made me feel comfortable and reassured. Dr. Behmand came in before the procedure to talk through everything one last time, making sure I was fully informed and prepared. He also made a point to find my husband and make sure he was comfortable and informed both before and after the surgery too. I felt like I was in excellent hands and a top priority every step of the way. Post-surgery, Dr. Behmand and his team were always available for any questions I had, whether by phone or text. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my healing and making sure I got the best results possible. They set up multiple check ins after the procedure, making sure I was recovering well and had everything I needed. I didn’t feel like just another patient; I felt like I was truly being cared for. I’m five months post-op so far and couldn’t be happier. Overall, I feel more confident, comfortable, and happy with my appearance. My body feels more proportionate, and I can wear clothes that fit properly and comfortably again. I’m so grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate professional, especially when I was unsure about where to start. As an RN, I witness firsthand, the qualities of an excellent surgeon. They are professional, great communicators, show empathy, have great attention to details and display an awesome bedside manner. Dr. Behmand has all of those qualities and more. Ten years ago, Dr. Behmand performed my tummy tuck. We discussed the look I wanted to achieve. He communicated with my family before and after surgery. I was blown away with my post-operative results. I felt amazing and looked gorgeous! I’ve recently decided I wanted a breast lift and knew there was only one surgeon I wanted to return to. I found Dr. Behmand moved from the San Francisco Bay Area, and now practices in Nashville. Despite other highly qualified plastic surgeons in the Bay Area, I TRUST my cosmetic/aesthetic needs to Dr. Behmand. I immediately set up an appointment and have since completed surgery. I am overjoyed with the results. I have the projection and the contour that I was looking for. I look amazing! Not only is Dr. Behmand a talented surgeon, I felt comfortable being in his care. After an extensive search for a plastic surgeon, I was confident that Dr. Behmand was the right doctor for me. He is a board-certified, experienced professional with outstanding qualifications. His gallery of before and after photos shows a level of expertise that I was also impressed with. I was anxious to have a tummy tuck procedure, but I knew I needed to have umbilical hernia surgery first. I contacted Dr. Behmand's office to ask if he could perform both surgeries at the same time. I was told that he could. During my consultation and initial evaluation, Dr. Behmand explained that although he is trained in reconstructive surgery, including hernia repair, he believed that due to the size of my hernia and the prior repair that had failed, it would be best to involve another surgeon in the repair process. I agreed and Dr. Behmand and his office took care of everything, including finding a qualified surgeon to assist with the hernia repair. In addition to the tummy tuck, Dr. Behmand suggested liposuction which created a nice curve to my waist. Having a flat stomach and waist after years of wearing bagging clothes to hide my body is life-changing and I could not be happier. I cannot express enough how kind and caring Dr. Behmand has been throughout the entire process of my procedure. From the initial consultation to recovery, I felt informed and confident with each step. I highly recommend anyone to visit his office for any of the many services they provide. I will be returning myself for an additional procedure later this year.

It is hard to fully put into words how happy I am with the outcome of my Breast Augmentation and Eyebrow Lift performed by Dr. Behmand. I genuinely couldn’t have expected a better outcome from both surgeries. Let’s begin with the Breast Augmentation - I started out with a very small A cup and expressed my desire to be a C cup. Going into surgery, we were between two sizes, and I gave Dr. Behmand permission to decide in the operating room which size to go with. He chose the perfect size for my body - I couldn’t be happier!! Additionally, I am very thin and I had anticipated that my implants would look fake (similar to many of my model friends). My Mom and I were blown away with how natural Dr. Behmand was able to make them look. I didn’t think it was possible to make them look this natural on a girl my size/frame. Next, my nipples were quite uneven pre surgery. Dr. Behmand was very honest with me about how adding an implant could make the unevenness more noticeable post surgery and he wanted to make sure that I was OK with that. That said, he said that he would try to do what he could to minimize the unevenness. I want to say he’s a magician because my nipples are more even now post surgery. I am truly blown away with my results. Next, the endoscopic brow lift. I was nervous about this procedure even more than the breasts because I didn’t want the result to be too natural or too fake looking. Dr. Behmand lifted my eyebrows the perfect amount. My eyelids aren’t as saggy anymore and it gave my face a fresher, brighter look. I am equally as in love with this outcome as the breast augmentation. Overall, Dr. Behmand is a true visionary. I felt that he truly listened to my vision and that’s why I’m so impressed with my results. He’s incredibly attentive to detail, smart, and straightforward. I couldn’t recommend his work enough - and trust me, I am very particular and picky. Thank you Dr. B!!
