I have visited this office 3 times to have moles removed by Dr. Van Reken and I would recommend his services to anyone! Quick, pain free and affordable. I trusted him with a large mole on my face today because I was confident I would be left without any scarring just as I have experienced with the many others he has removed for me. I always feel welcome here, the staff is always nice and professional. I am looking forward to trying out some of the other services the office has to offer and try to take advantage of some of the monthly specials.

Dr. Calvin Van Reken and his staff are wonderful. Staff was professional, accommodating and friendly. Office was very clean. Dr. Calvin Van Reken is a doctor that is heaven sent. He is a very professional, experience, and extremely well educated doctor that has surpassed my expectations. I went to many doctors but only doctor Calvin Van Reken made me feel 100% comfortable. Great experience from beginning to end. All the girls are always so nice and answer all of my questions ( no matter how many I have). I’m couldn’t be happier I chose his office. Win in to midspot talked with the doctor told him. I wanted some moles removed on my face and some laser to smooth my face from a scar that I had. I was told it was going to be three hundred and seventy five dollars for the mole removal. I paid that day made the appointhen. I get a call a couple of days before the mole removal and said no. Your appointment's not this week it's Next week I Said I had 2 appointments so I thought I had been bumped up. I thought they had bumped me up. So I show app for that other appointment and then they said the ladies got COVID. She can't do that today. So I drove all the way to Reno. No call nothing and then. I decided you know. I think I just want to get refunded for the money that I had paid. And they tried to refund me, but there was no paper in the machine. And so they she goes. We can send you a check. And I said OK so then I just called today to check on the check. And they say doctors not gonna refund you. No money because you didn't show up to your appointment. That is the most ludicrous ridiculous thing in the world. I was told there was no appointment. I'm not a liar. These people that are running this office are unprofessional. The doctor was nothing but professional. So I was so looking forward to getting the stuff done. So if you want to spend your good hard earn money go somewhere else

I had an appointment today and when I showed up the doors were locked no sign or anything and it looked like there was no one in the office. I called the number and no one answered so I waited a little and I called again and no answer again but I was given an option for like an emergency number, I was able to get a hold of someone and she told me that apparently the office got closed early due to an emergency but no one bothered calling me to reschedule my appointment, I live all the way in Sparks. This is the second time this happens but luckily last time it was just the front office that was gone and the lady who does my laser hair removal was waiting for me so she opened the door The lady on the phone offered some kinda of she said discount or whatever but I will not be coming back. What kinda business are they running???

I am very thankful for the care that I have received from Dr Van Reken and his staff, for myself and my daughters. He is a caring and capable physician. His staff members work very hard to maintain a good rapport with their patients and are very accommodating. Dr. Van Reken spends extra time with his patients to ensure that their needs are met. He puts his best efforts into diagnosing and managing the symptomatic care of his patients in a way that goes above and beyond the standard for medical care today.
