Dr Mohan is the most caring and compassionate doctor you will ever find! I have been coming to see Dr Mohan for over 25 years. I feel like a member of her family every single time I see her. She remembers even the smallest details of my life. Any questions that I have she takes as much time as I need to understand.

After being an established patient of Rosewood Healthcare & Medical Spa for aprox 4 years, I was deeply disappointed and heartbroken by how my care was ultimately handled. In late 2024, I was diagnosed with a broken neck — an injury caused by domestic violence that had gone undiagnosed and untreated for years until symptoms worsened and spinal cord compression was discovered. This diagnosis required extensive imaging, referrals, and neurologist visits, which resulted in a high out-of-pocket cost due to my high-deductible BCBS of Michigan health plan. Despite doing my best to make payments, my HSA and resources were simply not enough to keep up with the financial strain of this medical crisis. Unfortunately, after missing payment arrangement — I received a call from their office informing me that I was being dropped as a patient unless my $1,500 balance was paid in full. I was told I would no longer receive prescription refills, and I was even asked if I could "borrow money from someone else" to pay my bill. Additionally, I was told that they "felt like" I had prioritized paying other medical bills over theirs — an extremely personal and inappropriate assumption for a healthcare provider or representative of a healthcare providder to make. Throughout my time at Rosewood, I was juggled between multiple Nurse Practitioners, having to start over far too often for long existing health issues. I was also prescribed a controlled medication for ADHD (diagnosed years prior to becoming an established patient), which was often mishandled with inconsistent refill policies. Despite declining additional narcotics for pain management — even after my neck injury — I often felt treated like a problem patient or "pill seeker" rather than someone genuinely trying to manage their health. Every visit or phone call came with a $220 charge (NOT including any in office treatments or procedures), and the compassion I once felt from this practice disappeared the moment I fell behind financially — due to circumstances completely beyond my control. I would not recommend Rosewood Healthcare to anyone with a high-deductible health plan or anyone facing or may be facing a serious medical diagnosis. Their billing practices and lack of empathy for patients in crisis are truly disheartening, and I would caution others about the risk of being dropped from care when you need it most.

Their quality has dropped significantly in the last few years. Find another provider. Not filling prescriptions for 2 months after repeated requests and sending them to pharmacies in different states while having to constantly keep on them about fixing these things that delay medications even more. They never take responsibility for their mistakes in this matter and will take every opportunity to avoid it. Edit: Because I can’t reply to them. We fought constantly to fill prescriptions with these people. They would either never call or never place the prescription. If there was a prior authorization needed they wouldn’t do anything but blame insurance, and never go any further. Weird how once we switched providers we no longer had that issue. They need to really reevaluate how they treat their patients and not just push them off to the side once it gets slightly difficult or god forbid they have to do their job and fill a prescription that is done every month, which they could barely even do without being hounded by us for months and months. My spouse was a patient there for 9 years and the last 4 have been miserable here. Find another provider before you get into the same loop we kept falling into with them.

They make my day better just knowing I am in capable, caring and professional hands from those who truly have my best interest at heart. I’ve been a patient at Rosewood Healthcare since 2020, and I’ve always been impressed by the level of care. Dr. Annu takes the time to thoroughly review all her patients' charts and clarifies any concerns, ensuring I’m fully informed. After a recent ER visit, I received a follow-up call from the practice, and it was clear that my care was being closely monitored. Recently, I’ve started seeing Collin at her practice, one of the mid-level providers, and he’s been fantastic—attentive and responsive. I also appreciate how quickly I can get appointments, thanks to the availability of mid-level providers. Highly recommend!
