If there was an option to rate beyond five stars, I would. Shape Cosmetic Surgery is THE BEST place to get your cosmetic needs met. The location is perfect, the office is clean and comfortable, and every worker was incredible. Dr. Lundeby and every member on his staff went above and beyond my expectations. Every question I had was answered and they put my worries to rest. The whole process went without a hitch and I am so grateful for Dr. Lundeby and his team, they have truly changed my life.

I did what everyone said to do and waited a year for my breast implants to settle. Do not get me wrong, the only thing I love is the size and shape of the right one. At my six-week checkup, I told the doctor that they were asymmetrical; they were to begin with, and now, a year later, it is worse. I was made to feel like I was crazy because they kept saying they did not see it; however, the asymmetry was worse a year later. This is something that I informed the doctor and assistant that I wanted to be corrected; I was told that with the implants, it would be less or not at all after the surgery. That would be okay. I explained what I wanted and was not listened to, and they acted like I did not speak at all about what I wanted; however, until they had the money, then it was scheduled and no more consultations. So, make sure you record the conversations. I wish I had because the asymmetry is very obvious; thankfully my SO does not care that much, except he is disappointed that what we thought would be, is not, and he does not like the fact that I am unhappy about this because this is something I had wanted from about 12 years old. To be so excited about a process only to be disappointed is heartbreaking. We put our bodies in their hands and want things corrected or changed, only to be made worse and ignored after the fact. Oh, and they blocked me on Facebook; yup, you read that, so I came here where they cannot delete the truth. They obviously did not value me as a client, and if you want to be happy about the results and valued as a client, find another place. Lastly, the office manager, from what I heard, is his wife; I guarantee Dr. Lundeby would not allow her to be treated like this in his or another office. So why any woman? After about four months, I wanted to know how much to have the left one fixed. They quoted me the bilateral price; after questioning this, it was around $3,000.00. So ladies find another place, I have yet to go get this revised because I do not trust anyone after this. EDIT: When wearing a certain bra or something similar, I add an extra pad to try and even them out; however, due to the shape and asymmetry, it still does not look right.

I have loved Shape for 6+ years now and will continue to always love them! They are efficient, clean, a safe environment and welcoming. They always strive to make sure they give you the best care fitted to your needs and they always deliver. I can’t think of one negative thing to say about them. The owners are great people and always make sure that you leave happy. 10/10 will always recommend Shape!

I just had a brachioplasty yesterday and can't say enough good things about Shape. Katie and Heather were amazing and I plan on returning. I have always had a very hard time after surgery with nausea, but Heather was a miracle worker and I didn't feel sick at all after waking. My nurse Katie was just perfect and made me feel very comfortable. Dr L has incredible bedside manner and a skillful hand in surgery (those things are hard to find together now days). I lost 200 pounds and have a lot of extra "stuff" leftover. I will be back at least two more times to Shape for my next procedures♡

I had a breast lift/reduction due to having two different breast sizes. My results are amazing! My breasts are a lot more symmetrical and this has been something I’ve been insecure about for years. Thanks to Dr.Lundeby I can finally feel confident in my own skin! The staff are also so welcoming and answered all my questions. They made me feel comfortable and confident with the procedure!
