The whole team was very professional and personable. It was a comfortable setting. Communication was top notch. Dr. Sinno took his time with you, giving you options and listening to your concerns. It was the best experience I have had with a physicians office in a long while. Definitely would recommend for any plastic surgery needs. Great experience!

Dr. Sinno and his staff consistently go above and beyond. While it may take some time to get an initial surgery date or appointment, once your surgery is completed, they maintain regular contact, encouraging you to reach out via phone or email with any concerns, including sending pictures. The surgical center is connected to the office, which is a significant advantage. I experienced a complication a few days after my surgery; a cough likely caused a blood vessel to rupture, resulting in a hematoma. Dr. Sinno and his team stayed late, promptly took me back to the surgical room, and addressed the issue the same day. I am extremely satisfied with my results and feel so confident about myself. Every time I look at my body, I am reminded that choosing Dr. Sinno was the best decision I ever made.

I went to Dr. Sinno because of an unsightly scar. I went to a different plastic surgeon originally for an infected hair follicle on my face that turned into a cyst. The original plastic surgeon did not remove all of the cyst and the scar left over was even more visible and raised. I became very self conscious of it and reached out to Dr. Sinno for help. He was very knowledgeable and shared a plan for the scar revision procedure that I felt very confident with. Everyone in his office was helpful, kind, and professional. He not only got rid of all of the cyst, but the scar leftover was barely even visible. I was truly amazed by the results! I’m so grateful to Dr. Sinno and his staff for helping me to regain my confidence. I can’t recommend them enough! You will be in excellent hands!

Dr. Sinno and his team were amazing throughout the process. Everyone made sure my opinions, goals, and concerns were heard and answered. I never felt rushed through any of my appointments. Tayra and Rima are just the sweetest and so thorough. Dr. Sinno and his staff truly goes above and beyond for their patients. Leading up to my surgery date, we were bracing for a big snow storm that was hitting that same morning. I was worried my surgery would need to be rescheduled. However, Rima made sure to reach out and remained in contact to let me know they will be open! Dr. Sinno and his entire OR staff braced the storm and traveled (some over an hour) to ensure I was taken care of and I was able to have my surgery as planned. Dr. Sinno was able to take my vision and turn it into reality. If you're looking for a surgeon who will listen, take their time explaining things and answering questions, and have great bedside manner, Dr. Sinno is your man.

​From Dr. Sinno to Rima, Tayra and the whole surgical staff all I have to say is THEY ARE THE BEST! I was recommended by a friend and from the moment I walked into the doors I knew I was in the right place! The Office doesn't feel like you're in a doctors office- it makes you feel like you are in a high end spa. This was my first Plastic Surgery experience so my husband and I were very skeptical about the whole process but after the consultation I knew I was in the right hands and Dr. Sinno was going to be MY doctor! His bedside manner is beyond every expectation I've ever had or thought of- He is very kind, polite, knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable and LISTENS! Dr. Sinno is very particular and pays attention to close detail and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Dr Sinno and the whole staff truly go above and beyond in making you feel at home, comfortable and heard for the results you are looking for. This is elective surgery and I truly wanted the results that I received! The day of the surgery I couldn't have been in better hands - Rima, the nursing staff, the anesthesiologist, everyone - I felt so comfortable that it was like I was hanging with friends- laughing- getting hyped up and excited for the results that I've been looking forward to! Every time you walk in their doors you are greeted with a welcoming smile and go right into your appointment.
