If I could give this office less than 1 star I would. They are only open from 8-4 and closed during the middle of the day for lunch. They don’t turn their phones on until 9am. Getting an appointment even as an existing patient is a nightmare. I waited 2+months for an apt and two hours before my apt they called to tell me they would need to reschedule me. I’ve had horrific experiences with multiple doctors at this office. (One of which is now retired). They do have one good dr in this office but that is the only positive I have. You are told to arrive 10 minutes early to each apt but they are always running at least 20-30 minutes behind because they triple book each time slot. I had a scheduled apt for 3pm I arrived at 2:50 and was not seen by the dr. Until 4pm. I called today to go over test results that came in on MyChart. I was informed at 9:30 am by the answering service that they are unsure why they haven’t turned their phones on and they don’t have a dr on call because the office is supposed to be open and taking calls. Don’t go here. It’s a nightmare all around.

Terrible terrible experiences. Staff is rude and condescending. If you have state insurance be prepared to be treated like crap and left to wait forever. This office specifically will try to get you for every single penny. Had an employee tell me that I can’t get my blood pressure checked anywhere except their office for the medication they prescribe but today found out I can get it done anywhere and have it sent over. You are nothing but a $$ to them.

Whoever the ultrasound tech is should find a new profession. She yelled at my sister in law to “stop squirming or get off my table” during her first ultrasound for her first pregnancy and berated my mother in law for literally just trying to guess the gender. Just because you’re “from Yale” does not give you any right to speak to people that way and your lack of professionalism is astounding. You should be lucky we don’t know your name!

By far the worst practice I have ever been to in my entire life!!!!! I am currently pregnant and the way in which I have been treated is DISGUSTING!!! I’m leaving the practice and never looking back. They’re rude, dismissive, condescending and at the end of the day not that good at their jobs (this is my third child). I really really hope people see this and look elsewhere for care. They deserve to be put out of business! I have never written a review for ANYTHING before but I’m that upset by their care and approach I want to warn others.if it was possible to leave zero stars I would have! RUN FROM THESE DOCTORS AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!
