Dr. Deal did my tummy tuck and the results are phenomenal and life changing! I am forever thankful to have found this doctor.I have another appointment scheduled for a revision and lipo just to enhance the already superb results! I am also scheduled for a breast augmentation the same day. I want to give a special thanks to my scheduler Erica who has been instrumental in helping me get my surgeries done. Without her help and thoughtfulness in helping me schedule my procedures I would not have been able to do it! I am so appreciative of her for everything she has helped me with! She's amazing and I am so glad I was able to work with her.

Five Stars is Not Enough! From start to finish, my experience at Southern Surgical Arts in Chattanooga was absolutely phenomenal. As a healthcare professional myself, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many providers—but being a patient here was truly red carpet worthy. Erica, from the support staff, was incredibly personable and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Her clear, compassionate communication helped calm any nerves I had and made everything feel seamless. Kaylee, my nurse, was absolutely fantastic—both during pre-op and post-op. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness made all the difference. Dr. Gardner exceeded every expectation. His kind demeanor, expertise, and the personal touch of praying with me before my procedure spoke volumes about his character and compassion. The results absolutely out of this world! And then there’s Dr. Deal—without question, the most talented plastic surgeon I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. His skill, artistry, and commitment to excellence are unmatched. He is the heart and soul of his practice and it shows in every interaction he has with not only his staff, but his patients! SSA is as amazing as it is because of his leadership, culture, and the amazing staff he surrounds himself with and surgeons that work with him!!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I love this place! I've has some poor experiences at other establishments but have never been anything but please with SSA. I have purchased many different procedures over the many years I've been a client and have always felt there was great value in my purchases. I am currently seeing Camille at The Beauty Bar and she is AMAZING!! Can not recommend highly enough!!

I am a very nervous person when it comes to asking questions in front of doctors or higher ups or anything I don't know about, so when I get to that doctors room my mind goes blank of all the questions and concerns I had until I leave they all come back but then it's too late to ask. Kaylee at SSA TN location has made my life so much easier!!! When I have that random or I think stupid question she is always there to help and she doesn't make me feel stupid when I ask. She is is seriously 20 out of 10! She is personal, positive and I love her personality as well! Thank you Kaylee for helping me on this journey I'm on I need one of you here in MO! Thank you again! I have been going to SSA for years and always love seeing Camille for all of my aesthetic needs. She is always very professional and knowledgeable and has my skin & lips looking perfect! I highly recommend her!
