I had an amazing experience with Dr. Smita and her team for my nose filler treatment. From the consultation to the procedure itself, everything was informative, professional, and comfortable. As this was my first time, I truly appreciated how thorough and reassuring the team was throughout the process. Dr Smita & her staff are lovely & professional! As soon as I got to the office they were kind & made me feel comfortable instantly. Dr Smita also went above & beyond answering my many questions about procedures-she is very knowledgeable, patient & easy to talk to. I’m happy to have finally found a place that I trust with my procedures :)

Booked a series of appointments directly with the doctor’s office. Drove over an hour and the 2nd appointment, the machine broke mid-cycle. It had already been making a strange sound during my first treatments and then they did not have the correct card for the machine, so they had to switch to smaller heads and redraw the initial area. I was assured it would be fixed and booked another appointment, drove an hour, was set up for the procedure, and only one cycle was run, machine still making weird noises. Told to book a THIRD appointment. Guess what - I called in advance, was assured the machine was working and fixed — and after being marked up again… it made strange bubbling noises, then died again. I was told I would receive a call by the end of the week, I did not. When I called back in I was told to schedule in a month because it would be fixed… I rescheduled and now have been leaving messages on VM, via Instagram, and via the company’s website contact form and NO REPLY! Are they even open? UPDATE: As I cannot reply to your reply on this review, I booked directly, not through Groupon. I have no missed calls from you , no text messages, nor any reply to the email I sent, and I have left 3 messages. Your tech Bridget was IN THE ROOM with me while the machine stopped working and she specifically said it was an older machine and due to that, you were having trouble with it — NOT because of me moving as you rudely noted below — as she watched it not work multiple times. I have an appointment on the 29th I have been trying to confirm… but you would need to answer your phone or return my calls to do that. I also see that the business removed their rude and uninformed initial reply to my review. Hopefully they will return the multiple messages left for their office.

It’s my first time getting microneedling and I was very nervous of the any pain as my threshold is pretty low. Everyone was very very comforting and friendly and made me feel so comfortable . Dr Smitra and staff were very friendly, comforting and professional and made me feel at ease. I plan to go back in a few weeks for my session and can’t wait to see the results. Btw I love her face products too and replenished what I ran out.
