The patient is 4 weeks post-op after undergoing a trim labiaplasty with CHR using laser. She is much happier with her results compared to before but was hoping for a more closed-in appearance, as shown in her reference picture. At this stage, one labia still appears larger than the other, and the clitoral hood area remains more prominent than she expected. She is unsure if further healing will bring additional changes or if a revision might be necessary for more symmetry and a fully tucked look. Since healing continues for several months, swelling and final shape can still evolve, though significant refinements tend to happen in the first 3–6 months. Patience is key, but if concerns persist after full healing, a revision could be an option for more symmetry.
