I have been going to Suburban Women’s for 30 years. Dr Fraas delivered my twins and I had the best experience. Dr Allen then saved my “life” by realizing that I needed to have a procedure done. I can’t say enough about this practice and have recommended them to my DIL and she had the best delivery by Dr Strollo, very caring and compassionate. I would recommend this group of physicians to anyone!!

This is a menopause clinic, so I expected more understanding of what women go through during this stage of life. Being turned away might happen at other clinics, but for a place specifically focused on supporting women through such a life-changing experience, I expected more compassion and professionalism. I felt dismissed by the staff member, who didn’t seem to listen or show empathy. I was referred here by a crisis service, and the treatment I received felt unacceptable I gave a one-star review as soon as I walked in. The moment I gave my name—despite arriving early for my 8:45 a.m. appointment—I was told I wouldn’t be seen because my paperwork was incomplete. I tried to explain that I’d recently been hospitalized, but I was cut off. At other clinics, I’ve always been able to complete paperwork on-site. Instead, I was turned away within minutes and rescheduled. This wasn’t my first attempt either—I had an appointment originally set for May 4, which was canceled due to the doctor’s unavailability. I’d completed the paperwork back in March, but after my hospitalization, I misplaced it. I came early on May 14 expecting to fill it out again and be seen, she gave me a few seconds to fill out the paper, but I was already told that I was not going to be seen and had to reschedule. Walked out the clinic at 8:48.

I had a fantastic experience at Suburban Women's Healthcare! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The wait time was minimal, and the entire office was clean and well-organized. Dr. Strollo was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain things clearly, and made me feel truly cared for—not rushed. It’s rare to find a provider who is both thorough and compassionate, but that’s exactly what I experience here. The nurses and medical assistants were also wonderful—friendly, respectful, and made me feel completely at ease. I left feeling confident about my care and grateful to have found such a great medical team. Highly recommend Dr. Strollo to anyone looking for a reliable, patient-centered healthcare provider! You will be very satisfied with the services and attention they offer.

I had a terrible experience at Suburban Women's Health Care. I reported constant bleeding for six months after having an IUD inserted. I was told to wait another six months to see if it leveled out. I did, so after bleeding every single day for an entire year, I called to report my bleeding issue. The nurse who answered said, "that's not true; you would have been hospitalized by now." Finding that response a) rude, and b) unprofessional, | called back later and requested that my records be transferred. Lo and behold, my new OBGYN discovered I actually have a blood disorder that was being exacerbated by the presence of the IUD, and causing me to lose a lot of blood every day, affecting my energy, digestion, and hormone levels. Additionally, I had requested my doctor (Nina Strollo) recommend a mammogram for me as mammograms were covered under my insurance however those under 35 needed a doctor recommendation. The nurse I spoke to said "I'm not going to ask Dr. Strollo; she's going to say no." I told her it's not her call to assume the doctor's response before asking, and to please ask the doctor anyways because my mother and several aunts all had breast cancer. Still, Dr. Strollo said no. I'm not sure why she would say no to someone who a) has insurance that covers it, and b) has an immediate history of breast cancer. Suffice it to say, I did not feel cared for, listened to, or valued as patient. 0/10, would not recommend. Lastly, I am posting here because they have removed past reviews and ability to leave reviews from their Facebook page. The intake nurses are making medical decisions that are out of their scope of practice without consulting the doctor (see screenshots). Everyone deserves to know the type (or lack) of care Suburban Women’s provides.
