The dimmed lights and beautiful aroma puts you at ease when you’re greeted by the front desk staff who is welcoming and informative. I took the elevator upstairs to Karen who preformed her magic in her spa studio. Karen is a professional and fun conversationalist. She knows exactly what she is doing, she enjoys her work and makes sure her guests are receiving the perks of being a client of her. She is not one to scam you. She’s a genuine honest women. You’re safe and comfortable in her chair.

I absolutely loved my experience at Synergi with Rachel! The office building is great and mostly private which is important to me because I don’t like to go without my full face of makeup. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who sent me upstairs to the Botox area. Rachel spent a very long time with me and helped me come up with a realistic plan to get my skin where I’d like it be over the next year. She also took in mind my budget and gave me the prices for all of the things I want to do over the year and for the procedure I did that day. She is very friendly and it was unlike most med spa experiences that I’ve had before. None of the workers had that overly Botoxed appearance and they were down to earth. I also didn’t have anyone try to push procedures on me, which made me feel so much more comfortable and relaxed. I had a great experience at Synergi and highly recommend. I will go back in 2 weeks so she can check that the botox is settling well and I am ready to line up my next appointment for a hydra facial.
