I honestly can’t say enough good things about Tarola Plastic Surgery. I’ve had three surgical procedures and a few aesthetic treatments with Dr. Tarola and his team, and every single experience has been incredible. Dr. Tarola is unbelievably talented. His technique and attention to detail are truly on another level. You can tell he really cares about his patients and takes so much pride in his work.
The staff is just as amazing. They’re kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease through every step of each process.
If you’re looking for the best surgeon, the best staff, and the best overall experience, Tarola Plastic Surgery is the place to go. I’m beyond happy with my results and so grateful I found them!

5⭐️ I am a former NP and my husband an MD. Due to suspected implant rupture, it was crucial for us to find a surgeon not only capable to just remove the capsule, but a microsurgeon capable of removing them en bloc or totality. Dr. Tarola achieved that goal. During consult, he recommended a lift and I didn’t have to perseverate on that choice, I trusted his expertise. I’m now 2 weeks post explant/lift and not only do I feel significantly better with regards to my health, I also am very happy with the results aesthetically. I very strongly would recommend Dr. Tarola and his team.

I had my breast explant with Dr. Tarola and I couldn’t be happier. I had my implants in for 15 years!! In those 15 years I had 2 pregnancies and and nursed both babies for 1.5 years each. I expected Tarola to recommend a lift, but after evaluating my breast & skin elasticity he said a lift would not be necessary! I’m now 6 months post op and couldn’t be happier! He was 100% right- I did not need a lift, my skin went right back and although my boobs are tiny, they are perky!
Dr. Tarola is able to assess each person as an individual. He will check implant location and skin elasticity to determine if you need a lift or not. I was so impressed that he knew right away that I would not need a lift, despite the years & pregnancies/nursing! Some surgeons just want to throw a lift on everyone! He does not! If you’re looking for a no nonsense, extremely talented surgeon, it’s Tarola! I

Living in a city with plenty of options for an implant exchange and lift, I thought finding the right surgeon would be easy. However, I quickly realized that I wasn’t truly being heard in what I wanted or needed, and I just didn’t feel at peace with my choices. I had a friend recommended me to Dr. Tarola. She promised the drive was well worth it.
From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew this was where I was meant to be. Every member of the team—from the front desk staff to the nurse, the financial administrator, and Dr. Tarola himself—made me feel completely at home. Dr. Tarola truly listened to what I wanted, never tried to upsell me, and provided exactly what I was looking for. Not only did he save me thousands of dollars, but he also helped me avoid unnecessary post-operative care.
