I got some work done here and it was the best choice I ever made. My confidence is through the roof because of Dr Bazell. The doctor and his team are phenomenal and so friendly! He walked me thru every single thing he did during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and took my feedback as well. Erika, his assistant, has been amazing also. Sharing her experiences and checking in to see how I’m doing, definitely above and beyond.

Simply perfect. Great doctor and super friendly staff. Beyond my expectations. If you are looking to find an extremely talented surgeon who cares about his patients... this is where you need to be! I have done a lot of research (prob. 8 different doctors) and the choice was obvious. Abdominoplasty sound like a big deal, well not so much if you pick the right place, and this is it. Super reasonable price and financing with no interest. Highly recommended.

I had three negative issues related to this business and one positive: 1. I had taken a half day off of work and they cancelled my appointment the same day without offering a free service/bonus despite my having to take a day off of work. I didn't push the issue because it wasn't worth it to argue since it was a laser lamp that hadn't arrived and I didn't want to make the receptionist feel bad. But, most places when they have a situation like that try to make the customer happy. 2. I began treatment in the fall of 2016. I purchased a 6 treatment groupon or living social (don't recall which one). The employee who did my first four appointments had told me that if I wanted let's say 7 treatments, I could pay a prorated amount of the groupon price. That seemed like a company who stood behind their service. When I went for my 5th appointment, I was told that lady had been fired and that they refused to honor that offer. Seems odd that they wouldn't have honored that for at least one prorated treatment. I was told that since I bought a groupon, I was already getting the service for way too cheap. My impression was that this business sold way too many groupons and was regretting it! But, I let it go because as I left my last appointment I confirmed with the receptionist I had one treatment left. 3. Today I showed up for my last treatment but was told I didn't have any treatments left and they had left me a voicemail. Honestly it is possible they did because I was out of the country for a week in November and voicemail was the last thing on my mind. I was on a ship in the Caribbean! I honestly had no idea if it was in fact true that I had gone 6 times. I may have. I wasn't keeping track because I was counting on them to do that, it's their business. Today I was told they would not provide my 6th treatment. Honestly I don't know who was right but the whole thing seemed shady, so I was mentioned that it was their right not to treat me but it was my right to write an honest review. I was told I was making threats in the form of a review. We're talking about leg hair here, folks. I asked to speak with the doctor, Dr. Bazell, who owned the business. He refused to come out of his office to talk to me, even though he was there and not with a client/patient. He left this lady who was not an employee of the place at the time of my purchase to deal with my issue. I felt bad for her in a way that she had to deal with this issue, sort of. It reminded me of a George Costanza's "Delicate Genius" situation where this doctor could not lower himself to speak with me, a white collar worker of a lesser station. 4. Since I want to be completely fair here, the actual service provided was good and oddly enough, I would have purchased an additional service had this not happened. That's why it was so odd the business owner refused to talk to me and seems to routinely tell his receptionists that if someone writes a poor review they are trying to be threatening and to coerce something free. Nothing could be further from the truth. Most businesses will do anything to retain clients but not this place. In the end I left, feeling negative, embarrassed, and upset that I had a bad interaction with a person I barely knew. I felt intimidated and threatened about leaving this review. If you choose to use this business, please get everything in writing and do not purchase a groupon, be prepared to pay full price.

My granddaughter had rhinoplasty with this doctor She had a one year check up coming up Received call today that he picked up and left for Florida and left no doc to take his place So she not getting medical attention that she had contacted for or any kind of refund Told the girl who called me to tell him he needs to schedule a follow up with another doc She will not cause he went to Florida He left this 18 year old hanging

OMG such friendly and welcoming staff. Very professional and knowledgeable . This location is an absolute must visit . Dr. Bazell is an artist .
