Staff has a gross attitude, when I came they took my payment while I was in a hospital gown on the bed, because they forgot to take it ahead of time. Staff had me frantically searching where to get my blood drawn around my town for my blood count a few days before I flew into town for the surgery instead of properly informing me ahead of time.The people are the most rude part of the experience..speaking to the people on the phone they are rude..there is a facebook group that speaks on the experiences at this facility, I highly suggest you guys take a look at it before considering..its not the procedure itself, its the staff! This is for the NJ location where I had my experience, but women have had their bad experiences in other locations as well.

The doctor did a great job with my surgery but trying to attend an appointment is nearly impossible with the amount they reschedule. They try to tell you it’s in the fine print but after pouring over all documents they have sent me I have seen nothing of this nature included. I don’t hold this against the doctor but the office staff aren’t great communicators. Will not ever be returning.

Reached out for consultation and first meeting told to have a surgery. I advocated for a MRI first to see what my true issue maybe. MRI showed additional issues so I wanted to hold off on surgery. I was told by the provider that appointments for surgery come as a premium. I called to reschedule and was told a surgical coordinator would call me back and never did. Emailed and never got a response. I feel that this place just cares about the money. I was quoted 4,000 even though I already met my deductible. They emailed me back telling me disregard. At least I got my MRI. Will be following up with a different office now. Lack of patient care is astounding.

I got my hysterectomy done here by Dr. McKaul. He is a great surgeon. I am so happy and grateful that I found him. Also all the staffs at the Center was extremely nice and polite.
Every Gynaecologist I met earlier told me that they can only do the regular surgery as my fibroid and uterus were too big. But Dr Mckaul was able to do a laparoscopic surgery. I recovered in about a week and would say it took two weeks to completely recover. Though I was able to move an walk around on the 2nd day of surgery itself! Today after almost one and half month, I feel great. No more fibroids and no more periods! 😊

Amazing experience, they treated me like family. They cared for my fibroids and kept my fertility in tact. I had huge ones, and 12 in total. They removed them all, and I started to feel more like myself after a week. I’m grateful to the nurses, surgeons, check in staff, all who hand a head in my healing.
