Wife : I saw Dr. Cook for my annual. Both he and his office staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
He has a new mammogram machine in his office. I was a bit reluctant to add this to my annual because I have been told how uncomfortable this procedure can be.
The technician Mrs. Darcy was fabulous and on a a pain scale of 1-10, it was a one. I found this to be super easy and convenient. You can schedule a mammogram when you scheduled your annual and it's all at one convenient location.
Take care of yourself ladies and get your girls checked. 🙂

I have been a patient of Dr Cook for over 10 years. Recently, their office has decided that Dr. Ralsten’s reputation is more important than their patient care. Someone that DID NOT comment on a post of theirs was dismissed from their practice at almost 30 weeks pregnant because they “thought” it was her that commented. In my opinion, they should be more concerned about abandonment of patients than they are about the possibility of someone not liking their physician. They not only lost 1 patient because of this but my family of 3 will no longer go there again because of the false accusations. They also will not return her calls when she is trying to speak with them regarding the matter.

I have been coming here for years and have always had a wonderful experience! Whenever I have had a question and had to leave a VM, the nurse always gets back to me or I can message her on the Piedmont portal which is really convenient. I have dealt with Dr. Ralsten, Dr. Quinn, Dr. Bray and Dr. Carter with Dr. Quinn being my primary doctor. All have treated me with excellent care. I had a minor scare during my last trimester of pregnancy, I called and they got me in right away and Dr. Carter was so sweet and made sure everything was OK. When it was time to deliver my baby, the doctors were amazing.

I moved to the area almost halfway through my pregnancy and was able to get in with Dr. Carter after a few other offices said they could not take me. I’m now one week out from the birth of my daughter via c section and I’m so grateful for the care I received from all of the doctors, nurses, ultrasound techs, and other staff during my pregnancy. I rotated through most of the doctors and they were all great. It is a busy office but I never experienced longer than normal wait times. I just removed my c section bandage and Dr Carter did a really amazing job stitching me back up as well. Very grateful for this practice!

Bad billing practrices. Booked thru mychart where it states they accept Aetna well not the Aetna I have charged for out of networks over 700 for an exam. Had to go on payment plan they have been taking payment for 3 months then I get a final notice.
