Dr. Cain is an exceptionally well informed and observant doctor. The entire staff treats you with a comfortable respect. Dr Cain has been my gynecologist for over 20 years. Not only is he easy to talk with, he is skilled enough to have always found the lumps in my breast before the mammogram. He is thorough. I drive 100miles round trip to see this doctor and his nurse Miranda. They are the best team outside of the “NFL!”

My experience with Twin Springs was nothing less than amazing. From the friendly receptionist and officer manager to my amazing midwife and her coworkers who helped me through becoming a first time mother. I wouldn’t change a thing about my experience and I would recommend this office to anyone. With plans of wanting more children in my future, I already know I’ll be returning back. There’s not enough words to express my thanks to the staff and especially Lee Ann Bristow, my midwife that went above and beyond for me.

I absolutely loved my experience at Twin Springs. Both mid wives and Dr. Cain are wonderful. The whole staff is very kind and caring. They went the extra mile to make sure i was well taken care of during my pregnancy. I greatly appreciate everyone at Twin Springs. I highly recommend them.

Dr.Cain has been such a wonderful doctor thru out my entire pregnancy. I have had a few scares during my pregnancy but Dr.Cain has been here to make sure my son and i are taken care of. He always answers any questions my husband and I have and is always very pleasant patient and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Cain for your prenatal needs and regular female check ups as well.

Love Twin Springs, Dr. Cain, staff, and especially my midwife Jessica George! I came to them at the start of my 3rd pregnancy, after having 2 miscarriages. I received such excellent care through my successful pregnancy and Jessica delivered my daughter. I then experienced 2 more miscarriages and Jessica and Dr. Cain worked with me to find a reason for my losses. They were able to determine that have a genetic mutation, MTHFR, that was causing my losses, plus a low progesterone level in early pregnancy. Because of their diligence and desire to help me have more babies I am now holding my 6 week old son after a great pregnancy! Jessica has been nothing but kind, personable, and my biggest advocate towards expanding my family! The staff has been so welcoming and loving toward me and my journey into motherhood. They truly care for me and what I have gone through to get to this point. Miranda and Caitlin have a special place in my heart for the care they gave to me, and all the heartfelt talks and advice they gave me through my pregnancies. I truly can’t say enough about this place! Because of Twin Springs I have my beautiful babies, and will hopefully be blessed with more children in the future. I will definitely be coming here for all future pregnancies and general healthcare needs.
