Going through cancer treatment is a difficult process, but having a surgeon who is kind, thoughtful, compassionate, and incredibly skilled helps to give you such peace, and Dr. Goldman offered me all of that. The entire team is friendly and warm, they understand what you’re walking through and offer support. I am SO pleased with my breast reconstruction (and added arm lift!) results and can never thank Dr. Goldman and his team enough for making me feel strong and looking better than ever. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Dr. Goldman gave me my hope back! I am a breast cancer survivor and after having a double mastectomy and reconstruction with implants above the muscle, in 2019 by another surgeon, left me very unhappy. I was fortunate enough to have a nipple sparing mastectomy, but felt like i had two foreign bodies floating around on my chest. My breasts were no longer a part of me and they felt terrible. The implants would flip in the pocket, they would fall into my armpits when I laid on my back, and would hang away from my body when I bent over. I spoke with Dr. Goldman about how unhappy I was, and asked if there was anything that could be done. Dr Goldman came up with an unconventional solution that I was comfortable with and willing to try. Dr. Goldman created an "internal bra" by using a mesh sutured to my muscle and then sutured to my ribs and the implant was placed beneath. My breasts are now mine again! They look amazing and feel like they are part of my body. I am so happy and so thankful to Dr Goldman!

Absolutely phenomenal team and Dr. Brosious is especially kind, apathetic, and listens to everything you have to say and all of your questions and concerns. As a wheelchair user, I was very apprehensive of getting top surgery but working with Dr. Brosious and his team at Vegas Plastic Surgery Institute. Everything went so smoothly and we both adapted to the situation. If there were any complications after my surgery, they were very quick to respond and fix the situation. The office itself is very accessible; one thing I would advise to make it fully accessible is getting a small threshold ramp for the 2 1/2 inch lip at the front door. Couldn’t be happier with my results.

I met Dr. Brosious last August for a consultation for top surgery (ftm). Him and his team was nothing but kind and respectful making sure to answer any and all questions in detail. They talked to me about the different kinds of surgeries, which one I would have and why, my potential scars and the timeline of healing. Fast forward to February 2025, I had top surgery and the day of the surgery I was terrified. Surgery scares me but Dr. Brosious and his team at the hospital were some of the most thorough, professional and kind people I’ve ever met. They made me feel at ease, again, explained everything that was going to happen and what I would experience after surgery. I asked that they keep my girlfriend updated as often as they could and they did, they kept her updated along the entire procedure, reassured her that everything was going well and went and got her as soon as I woke up from surgery. A week after my surgery I went to VPSI to get my bandages removed and look at my chest for the first time, Dr. Brosious’ staff talked me and my girlfriend through dressing changes, and common things they see the first few weeks of healing. Dr. Brosious took the time to come in, sit down, ask how I liked the results, and made sure that I was comfortable and happy with how everything had gone and how it was going. My incisions look great, my chest looks exactly how he explained to me that it would and I could not be happier with it. Truly could not have had a better experience with these people. Dr. Brosious single handedly improved the quality of my life with one surgery and the way he handled his business. I would recommend him and his team a million times.

I needed cosmetic reconstructive surgery, after an accident, and Dr. Goldman and his staff were fantastic! Dr. Goldman was empathic and a great communicator, and always made sure my healing was on track. His excellence was paralleled by his staff's concern and caring. Once I had some discomfort with my stitches, and they saw me within an hour of my telephone call and solved the problem! Also, my result was amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Goldman for his skill, professionalism, and empathy, and VPSI for their outstanding patient service.
