Important read if you love Shyla!! Shyla was amazing, personable and made my experience wonderful. She asked my preferences and would get to know me as I visited. She left Virtu Cosmetics, but if I recall the email from Virtu said she was moving on to further her education but made no mention that she was branching off on her own. The appointment let me know of a location change and name of new injector. When I got there the room was disheveled, stuff was still in boxes and the room was not ready for clients, they were not ready for me, and asked the cost I was quoted. It was very impersonal. They were each taking their time to introduce themselves and briefly mentioned Shyla wasn’t with them anymore. Something felt off, so I went through with my appointment and afterwords reached out to Shyla. She is 100% working with tox and I highly recommend you reach out to her individually before following through with your appointment instead of feeling like you have to go to someone you don’t know. I will not be booking again with Virtu, and made my next appointment with Shyla. I wanted to leave this review in case I could prevent this happening to any other loyal customers. I felt like that was a sneaky way to keep client's with Virtu versus letting them know the honest truth and having customers decide what they would prefer. Not everyone may care but I think it should have been more transparent. The tox injection went well so no complaints there but I just want to be more open about my experience.

I have seen Shyla twice now, a 1st timer and super nervous!! She was very thorough explaining everything, answered all my questions, and I felt no pressure the entire time! My experience was wonderful, and she is very knowledgable. I will never let anyone else touch my face but Shyla!
