VIVIFY Plastic Surgery

I recently had an explant with a complete capsulectomy and breast lift performed by Dr. Dallas Buchanan, and I cannot say enough amazing things about both his skill and bedside manner. From the moment he walked in, he put me at ease. He never dismissed or gaslighted my symptoms, and he took the time to thoroughly explain all my surgical options, the recovery process, and his experience with similar cases. I felt heard, respected, and confident in my decision. On the day of surgery, he was just as attentive—walking me through exactly what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. Dr. Buchanan even took photos during surgery and shared them with me afterward to confirm that he had indeed removed the entire capsule. He also sent biopsies and swabs to the lab for additional testing, which shows his thoroughness and commitment to patient care. His post-op protocol is top-notch. I experienced minimal discomfort and swelling, and I needed very few pain medications thanks to how well the procedure and recovery were managed. He and his staff have been incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. I’m already planning to return to Dr. Buchanan for the fat transfer portion of my procedure—and I’ll absolutely trust him with any future plastic surgery needs. He is truly a rare combination of surgical excellence and compassionate care.

I’m not sure how to review something so absolutely life changing… Too make it short, I knew right from the first appointment that i was going to go with Doc B. I was recommended by another doctor of mine who had the same surgery (breast lift with internal bra). The office is absolutely immaculate. It’s beautiful contemporary and perfectly clean. Dr. Buchanan took me right back and explained with expert knowledge what was about to go down. I left feeling a million times more assured about this surgery that has caused me such chronic mental and physical pain for almost two decades… Fast forward to today, I’m a week post OP, and i plan on inviting this man to Thanksgiving dinner 😭 I have never looked this good ever. Just go. This practice is truly top notch. Can never thank them enough.

Dr.Buchanan has gone above and beyond with my particular case. The atmosphere is very friendly there and he listens to what you’re saying. Staff is very friendly. He’s a professional and very educated Dr with lots to offer. He’s not misleading and is realistic. I Highly recommend him and he’s worth every penny!! I can’t say enough as he helped fix a VERY BAD prior surgery with another Dr who wasn’t a board certified plastic surgeon that left me with a horrific result. I recently had a breast aug done 6 weeks ago and everything from that first phone call, to the consultation, to surgery day, to post op, and the after care was smooth sailing. Dr. Buchanan and his staff truly cares about you, listen to you, and addresses all your concerns! His bedside manner is beyond my expectations! I healed perfectly with minimal scaring and no infection. My left breast was higher than my right so he made an incision a little lower so my breast can be as symmetrical and proportional as possible. He knows what he is doing hence why he’s the top 10 surgeon in Florida! I had lots of anxiety but thank you Dr. B and staff for putting me at ease and making me feel so comfortable. My result is just as I envisioned. I love my girls!!!!! Highly recommend him!! Look no further cause you won’t regret it. ND.
