His bedside manner is outstanding. I have recommended him to 7 of my friends and all are happy with the results of their procedures.
I would highly recommend Dr Walton for all your surgery needs.
His PA Katie Allen listens and always understands the assignment. I just can't say enough about them both.

In 2017 Dr Walton was the plastic surgeon who did my breast cancer mastectomy reconstruction. I wrote a detailed and honest review at the time. It has disappeared. So, I am writing another one. All I will say this time is that if you are getting recon after mastectomy, please see another plastic surgeon. Let’s see if this one gets removed. I had to live with malformed and painful implants and scarring for years before I saw another doctor. He also did a scar revision with just local injections that were excruciating. At the time of my revision, the implants he used were recalled(I got no alert) and one had clearly fallen out of its pocket. I hope that all woman needing a mastectomy due to breast cancer will research before using Dr. Walton.

I needed to get an extra large lipoma from my abdomen area surgically removed. Normally I get them removed before they grow out of control but I failed to do so with this one.
I visited several doctors and dermatologists before visiting Dr Walton. His bed side manner was refreshing.
Most doctors nowadays are double or tripe booked and make patients wait 1+hrs after the appointment time to just rush in, spend 2 mins with the patient and then slap them with a bill worth several hundred $$. Those doctors are running an assembly line, where patients are supposed to feel grateful for their royalness to grace them with their presence (yes, that irritates me to no end).
Dr. Walton came in, listened and treated me like a person vs a number, which I found very refreshing.
The day of surgery, Dr. Walton had a run over from a previous client but the office contacted me in advance so I could delay my arrival (common curtesy like this is not so common anymore).
From prep to completion of surgery, I could not have been more pleased with the experience and now a week later, with the results.
It's nice to know there are still medical professionals in that line of work that can connect with their clients. I will be going back to Dr. Walton in the future.

Update: 6/11/24. Dr. Walton is the most caring, compassionate, and skilled plastic surgeon I have been to, and that includes three others. He performed my mini facelift in April 2019 and did a superior job! I'm extremely satisfied and happy with the outcome. Very minimal scarring, no general anesthesia, no pain during procedure, done in the expertly prepared surgical room at his office next to the hospital in Gainsville, and only two days down time with a minimum pain reliever. I took his suggestion and used Scar-Away Solicone (available at Walmart) after surgery for several weeks and healed beautifully. His manner is so sweet and caring. His price for the mini was an unbelievable $3950.00!!! That beats anyone else! and he's been doing this surgery in the same location for over 20 years! My daughter is anxious to use him too, for her own facelift. We were both impressed with his experience and expertise, and especially my outcome. God bless Dr Walton and the whole caring crew. My lift is still holding well after 5 years! Yay!
