WDF Plastic Surgery & Skin Care

I have nothing but great things to say about this practice , Dr. Franks & his staff. They all care about the safety of each and everyone of their patients. I am now 9 weeks post op and I have loved my results from the moment I got out of the OR. My journey has been tough but with the help of everyone I got through it and I would definitely do it again. Jessica the nurse manager is so wonderful. I was a nervous wreck the morning of surgery & she helped through it all. She is that one nurse that I will never forget. I will forever be grateful for all the kindness I received that day. Everybody made sure that I was comfortable and safe. Also, I fainted in the hotel room a couple hours after surgery. Dr. Franks dropped what he was doing to come check on me. He stayed there for a while until I was better. That speaks so highly about the type of doctor he is. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

This review is about my consult ONLY…I will update after I have surgery I arrived 15 mins early as instructed and filled out paperwork. My appointment was at 1pm but it took until about 10 after to get called back. This office is small but nice. First the office manager (who is a nurse) took us into talk to Dr Franks in his office. He asked me what I was looking for and I showed him my goal photo. He told us a little about himself and his practice and then instructed the office manager to take me to a room to get changed so he could do an exam. I changed into the infamous paper gown 😂 and the office manager took photos. Dr franks came in and do some measurements of my breasts and explain a little about how he would position everything. I got dressed and we went back to his office. This is where I started to really like Dr Franks. He pulled my photos up on the big screen (fyi not fun seeing one of your biggest insecurities in HD 😂)…anyway he explained what he would do. He even did some drawings. He explained he has a technique he does that uses your own tissue to make like an internal bra for support, which I thought was fantastic. He was extremely informative and thorough with his explanation. I asked about his revision policy and he seemed shocked. Looking back I believe it was because he rarely had to do revisions because he takes the time to make sure everything is right and looks good. I asked about lipo on the side boob and he suggest extending the incision to my side boob (I can’t remember the technical term 😂) to get rid of the excess skin after doing so lipo in that area. He left the room and his office manager got a quote together. She went over the quote, informed us Dr Frank’s only does one surgery a day and only operates on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and he does the first post op the day after surgery and then the second a week later. Dr Franks spent a good hour and half talking with us and explaining everything which we both really liked. After speaking with Dr Frank’s we were def leaning more toward him but told them we’d take the weekend to discuss it and let them know Monday. We did end up choosing Dr Franks over the other consult I got.

I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Franks & his incredible staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Madison, RN, is nothing short of amazing! She is so sweet, professional, and genuinely takes the time to listen to your concerns. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients and ensures that every Botox treatment is tailored to your specific needs. I’ve been getting my Botox with Madison, and the results have been amazing! I am very particular about who touches my face ever since I started seeing Madison, I’ve felt more confident than ever. She’s gentle, thorough, & makes the whole process so comfortable. There are no words to describe how great I feel after each visit. Madison is so amazing and I can’t thank her enough for the incredible work she’s done!! I absolutely recommend WDF!!

My lymphatic massage specialist referred me to Dr. Franks, and from my very first visit to the completion of my recovery, the experience was a perfect 10/10. Everyone, from the receptionist and nurses to the surgical tech, CRNAs, and Dr. Franks himself, was exceptional. I truly appreciated the care, attention to detail, and thoroughness of the entire team. The follow-up phone calls to check on my progress were also deeply appreciated. I’ve just had my first visit at wdf in the aesthetics department and I have only great things to say. Upon walking in they’ve managed to create a very professional yet welcoming environment. I had a coolpeel co2 laser resurfacing done by Taylor. She made me feel at ease with the procedure and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. She gave me clear instructions for after care and checked in on me the following day. It’s obvious that she truly cares abt her clients. I definitely will return!
